On CNN just now. New Orleans Mayor Nagin, apparantly stressed out, in interview segment, said he has been yelling at the President and the Governor, and for all he knows, the "CIA could wipe me out". (Paraphrase) Just now.
Turning into a strange, macabre show now. Blame continues, spiraling out of control. Sad. It even raised CNN's eyebrows a bit.(5:57 p.m. Eastern/4:57 p.m. Central)

It appears he feels someone should
"This sounds like something out of the Jackson Sharpton playbook. Completely looney..."
In the words of Jesse Jackson, "It's an instigation of confabulation tryin ta mitigate specifications"
(whaaah?)(LOL)
All I can say is thank goodness this crackhead changed his party affliation from republican to democrat before running for mayor..we dodged a bullet on this one...lol
"bet there is alot of things running through his mind right about now
Everything EXCEPT a coherent thought."
Sounds like he's bucking to be Cindy Sheehan's bus driver...
I'd suspect his constituents before I'd suspect the CIA""
AMEN...
Sounds like there is a shortage of meds for hiz honnooor???
How many decent citizens of NOLA are wondering how this guy got to any post of responsibility in Cox Communications? For that matter, how about other employees at Cox that he got promoted over?
There are lots of questions about this man's ability, and his mental capacity. He sounds like he needs "tasters" like the Romans.
LOL!
After he and Blanco are treated and declared sane, they can then be prosecuted by the state of LA for criminal dereliction of duty.
The mayor and the police chief have lost their mantles of authority with their outbursts and public statements.
The ten foot pole rule is in effect with them now.
LOL!
Or he needs some Seroquel...
Was he wearing a tin foil hat when this jibberish came out of his pie hole?
The difference about the STRONG STEADY LEADERSHIP displayed for the WORLD to see by Rudy Guiliani after 911 and the way this BOZO shifts blame to others, and dodges HIS culpability and responsibility for the New Orleans tragedy is breathtaking.
Not up to the job.
Some columnist said, "we all have mothers, we need a leader."
CIA? Yeh right!!!
LOL
Nagin has more to fear from his own citizenry---the people who elected him to be their city leader.
Sniff...sniff...is that hot tar I smell? Who put in that big order to Tyson's for chicken feathers?
"Innocence seldom utters outraged shrieks. Guilt does." Whittaker Chambers
He (they mayor) when appearing on CNN right before I posted this thread, was in a white T shirt, the CNN reporter interviewing him was female, and before they aired the very brief clip, CNN anchor(s) said that snippet would be quite remarkable. He appeared to be in somebody's living room, had a white bath towel around his neck. Really looked stressed out and deep in the blame game to me. It is interesting that CNN is, as of yet, not re airing the interview or that remarkable part of it.
After meeting Bush and Blanco he stressed he told them they have to get the "chain of command" settled. Last Wednesday he was interviewed, talked about trying to get helos for the growing levee breeches, but they were dedicated to rescue.""
What's "new" about "chain of command"?
Sounds like this guy is going over the edge big time.
Hope some of the mud spills over onto the Dems who put him into his place. Blanco, also.
