NY TIMES INVESTIGATES ADOPTION RECORDS OF SUPREME COURT NOMINEE'S CHILDREN
**Exclusive**
The DRUDGE REPORT has uncovered a plot in the NEW YORK TIMES' newsroom to look into the adoption of the children of Supreme Court Nominee John G. Roberts.
The TIMES has investigative reporter Glen Justice hot on the case to investigate adoption records of Judge Roberts two young children, Josie age 5 and Jack age 4, a top source reveals.
Judge Roberts and his wife Jane adopted the children when they each were infants.
Both children were adopted from Latin America.
A TIMES insider claims the look into the adoptions are part of the paper's "standard background check."
Roberts young son Jack delighted millions of Americans during his fathers Supreme Court nomination announcement ceremony when he wouldnt stop dancing while the President and his father spoke to a national television audience.
Previously the WASHINGTON POST Style section had published a story criticizing the outfits Josies and Jacks mother had them wear at the announcement ceremony.
One top Washington official with knowledge of the NEW YORK TIMES plans declared: Trying to pry into the lives of the Roberts family like this is despicable. Childrens lives should be off limits. The TIMES is putting politics over fundamental decency.
One top Republican official when told of the situation was incredulous. This cant possibly be true?
Developing...
We are not going to take it anymore.
Well, he was angry for sure. . .but you know. . .Brit's face does not change too much. . .
. . .and yes, Brit took nothing from Jeff on this; or Cici Connally (sp?) for that matter; as she attempted to bring a 'reasoned perspective' to this outrageous suggestion for 'background' on Robert's. . .
I read, I emailed, I felt GOOD.

Well, I think, and this is a half-educated guess, that there's South America (Brazil, Argentina, etc.); Central America (Honduras, Nicaragua, etc.); and North America (Mexico, U.S., Canada).
And then there's Latin America, which I assumed included some of all those countries, including Mexico (which is in North America) and Brazil (which is in South America).
Hmmmmm...seems that the Chelsea Clinton standard no longer applies...
I heard that Chelsea is the Illigit Child of Webster Hubble.
and that She despises Hilliary.
This is the response I received after writing the NY Times:
Thanks for giving us a chance to reply to the account on the Drudge Report.
As is often the case, the Drudge Report is wrong, overwrought and a gross misrepresentation of what has happened.
Like all major news organizations, we report extensively on the life and career of any nominee or candidate for high public office. Most of the inquiries we make do not result in published articles at all; we would simply be remiss if we did not ask the questions.
In the case of Judge Roberts's family, our reporters made initial inquiries about the adoptions, as they did about many other aspects of his background. They did so with great care, understanding the sensitivity of the issue. We did not order up an investigation of the adoptions. We have not pursued the issue after the initial inquiries, which detected nothing irregular about the adoptions.
Sincerely, Bill Borders, senior editor, The New York Times.
We need to HAMMER these people. He admitted in this letter to inquiring about the adoptions. These people are sick!
The Left reprimands about collateral damage and innocent casualties in warfare. And yet warfare is chaos resulting from the total failure of civility in a social system. Politics lend definition to the principles of a proper social system. Given that collateral damage is an acceptable means to the Left's ends, could anything more condemning be revealed about their perverse notion of civility?!
LOL!!! I thought that same thing as soon as I hit the post button. Whether it be the second coming of Christ or 9/11, Brit's face stays the same.
Absolutely right, they need to be hammered,....and he is also not telling the real truth....which is that they inquired of some lawyers as to how they could UNSEAL the adoption records.....
Now in my mind that goes beyond inquiring about the adoptions!!!
I have some knowledge here, we had adopted children....and the records should remain sealed for all such children.
So he is confirming that Drudge has it right! Disliking his style in one thing; facts are a separate issue.
Busted!
Everyone needs to call and/or write this guy.
Busted is right!!!
Done.
:...just so my parrot doesn't stain the bottom of his cage."
I hope you aren't paying for the paper you use in the bottom of the parrot cage. Certainly you are not a subscriber reading that slimmy fecal material inked onto the newprint. :-)
So then you you missed MY joke..
We're playing joke tag.. Now YOUR IT.. d;-)~
RE: the Times' "sensitivity" on this matter: evidently these hypocrites believe that the "zone of privacy" they loudly purport to being in the US Constitution begins and ends with abortion.
Hi Rush - You really need to give FR some props, since you obviously use us in your show prep!
aaaaaaahhhh!
I HATE to be IT! lol
He absolutely should!
These people are unbelievable scum.
Excellet!!! Put the fear of God in the NY Times. If Drudge exaggerated the adoption investigation that's fine because it helps keep them more honest instead of their perennial leftward slant on their news pages.
