Good morning! And you're welcome!
"....except for four years in the Marine Corps."
LOL!! Good one.
What signs are they reading as you drive? And inventing is a good thing. LOL!
An Irish man walks into a pub. The bartender asks him, "what'll you have?"
The man says, "Give me three pints of Guinness please."
So the bartender brings him three pints and the man proceeds to alternately sip one, then the other, then the third until they're gone. He then orders three more.
The bartender says, "Sir, I know you like them cold. You don't have to order three at a time. I can keep an eye on it and when you get low I'll bring you a fresh cold one."
The man says, "You don't understand. I have two brothers, one in Australia and one in the States. We made a vow to each other that every Saturday night we'd still drink together. So right now, my brothers have three Guinness Stouts too, and we're drinking together.
The bartender thought that was a wonderful tradition.
Every week the man came in and ordered three beers. Then one week he came in and ordered only two. He drank them and then ordered two more.
The bartender said to him, "I know what your tradition is, and I'd just like to say that I'm sorry that one of your brothers died."
The man said, "Oh, me brothers are fine----I just quit drinking."
This is something about corporate America I will never understand. It DOES prove the adage about "rising to the level of their incompetence". How some of these folks made it thru life without keepers is beyond me.
Left P.C. in 85 and went to Nashville for 17 years. Came Chipley in 2001. Love it here but I really miss Nashville.
And, tommorow's my birthday so lot's happening. I turn 41 tommorow.

Hey Jinxie. I seem to be missing you each day. How's the Hijinx family? (p.s. my son is getting ready to move into his own place next month. We'll have to adjust to being empty nesters. Can I cry on your shoulder? LOL (luckily I'll only be about 10 minutes from him and my granddaughter))
Afternoon to ya, ms feather, good afternoon.
Good morning, E. ((HUGS)) Did you ever get some rain? Fire danger still bad?
Good morning, Mrs.N. Is today "Saturday"? Hope the sun comes out for you.
I even miss getting to go to College Station to visit the son! I always had a wonderful time, and enjoyed the energy that just radiated from the students there. I would just love to see them have their way with the likes of W. Churchhill! I am sure that the atmosphere there also influenced GHW Bush to put his Presidential Library there, where it would be appreciated! I would love to visit it!
