Can I throw in an off-the wall thought? Section 105 of Title 3 of the United States Code provides for the following: http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode03/usc_sec_03_00000105----000-.html 1) Subject to the provisons [1] of paragraph (2) of this subsection, the President is authorized to appoint and fix the pay of employees in the White House Office without regard to any other provision of law regulating the employment or compensation of persons in the Government service. Employees so appointed shall perform such official duties as the President may prescribe. (2) The President may, under paragraph (1) of this subsection, appoint and fix the pay of not more than— (A) 25 employees at rates not to exceed the rate of basic pay then currently paid for level II of the Executive Schedule of section 5313 of title 5; and in addition President Bush could appoint her to the White House senior staff, assign her no duties and no pay, etc. But then the law which governs assault on and murder of Presidential staff would take effect, Federalizing the case.

Better idea than going before Greer's court.

Yeah, that's a great conservative position.

The Federal Government...our saviour!!! Let's hope they step in and block state law everywhere! Let's hope they prevent us from having our rights respected everywhere!

I like the way you think! Turn MS and his lawyer and judges all participants in a FEDERAL crime! Lock em up without food and water for a few weeks...

I'd try it. Let them take you to court and prove she can't work. In the meantime she is being fed and getting therapy.

It's worth a shot! I have absolutely NO idea who you'd contact, but heck, it's a loophole that just might work!

Yeah, yeah, it's getting the federal govt. involved, but good heavens, but it's at times like THESE, when the states aren't able to protect their citizens, that the federal govt. is SUPPOSED to step in!
