Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

I am convinced that the Lord hates nothing more than he hates a corrupt and evil judge who wrongs the innocent and helpless. What was that he said about millstones around the necks of those who harm the little ones? I would not want to be Felos, Mike, Greer or any of the other judges involved in this case. And if W is a brother, which I believe, I think the Lord is going to have a few very choice words for him over this one day.

Yes, we do. My boycott starts with Florida. My other work begins in the states in which I live (NY), the one to which I plan retiring (CO), and the one where my children currently reside (CA). Lots of work there is. I think it must begin with prayer, talking with people, and letter-writing.

I think the Schindlers are supposed to have a press conference soon---but Fox News just said that the Florida Supreme Court has again refused to hear the case, so---

whatever they were going to say, may be changed, now that the know this new information---

Lord Jesus, we lift Bob and Mary, Bobby and Suzanne up to you right now. I don't know how they're surviving this, Lord. I don't know how they're making it through. Please be with each one of them. Please let them be so very aware of your presence that it gives them a peace that passes all understanding. Please be with them Lord God, my heart cries out to you on their behalf. Dear dear knitting. I would never crucify you . You are a marvelous addition to this list. I do however dissagree because I feel that Greer is in contempt of congress. With President Bush upholding the law of the Constitution and congress holding GREER in contempt, they would in fact, not be violating the law.They would be going BY THE LAW. This way, it is a flagrant disregard for the law and letting Greer win. This is just the way I see it.

I respect you fully for your view. I have a feeling that this is going to be one of the issues we will all have to grapple with as we face the next few months and sort out all the details. In the meantime, we still can enjoy our tea time together!*Grin*

I am informed with the schools of thought on the tribulation. I have read (15 years ago, at least) Hal Lindsey's book. I also believe in pre-trib. I just can't remember everything, as written, in Revelations, just snippets, because I really haven't studied it. I never felt the need to be concerned about it. I no longer feel that way.

Bring to anyone, any group who can act in Terri's behalf the recognition and willingness to act! We pray for Jeb, GW, and Laura. It grieves us that Terri is being put to death by a common bully and forces of death being unleashed as never before. . . . . . please protect and defend Terri now and through the long night. How hard this is for her family, her friends; please comfort them so that they can comfort Terri.

Above all, let all remember that where there is life, there is hope, and that You are the author of Life and Liberty.

Well, I didn't say I think they are right! I said I understand the argumment now. I personally think Jeb is a coward of the first degree - if he can't protect a citizen of the United States who is being killed, he could never be trusted with the authority of the Presidency. I also think it shows his total lack of character. I agree that he's had plenty of time to change things since the last time they did this to Terri in 2003 and I hold him personally accountable for that. By not standing up to the tyrant Greer, he and his brother have not upheld the constitution of the United States, which guarantees life and liberty, as well as allowing the judiciary to tip the balance of power. And I agree, the Republican party has been infiltrated with liberals. The two parties are now Left and Lefter. I definitely will investigate the Constitution Party and will never again vote straight party lines!

I am at a loss right now--I have asked myself and on the FR threads WHY?, so many times and do you know, I STILL have not been able to figure out why this is happening--

I heard on Fox News a few minutes ago that MS is staying in the hospice 24/7, basically running the place, and telling the Shindlers when they can come in, and when they can't--

I saw Bobby Shindler on TV a few hours ago daring Felos to "prove" how beautiful and peaceful looking Terri is, by letting some of the media go in a video her for the world to see---hmmm...

Guess the weasel is lying, because he hasn't taken Bobby up on the "dare"...

FOX: has to Drs. on they are saying they think Terri can recover. Said the brain has 90 Billion cells. If 20 B are gone there are still 70 B left. Says she needs an EEG right now would only take 30 minutes. He asks why wasn't one ever done? No one has an answer.

This is an outrageous travesty how fast they ran toward death for this woman, but turned away from a simple 30 min test and therapy that could have helped her regain some ability to communicate her wishes while they say TERRI WOULD HAVE WANTED IT THIS WAY..
