Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.
I did a few times, but didn't find you.
We got there at 12:30AM Thursday morning, so we've seen what goes on at various times there.
I was thinking about going back late tonight, but I needed to let my husband sleep. He has gotten as involved as me.
Michael's people just seem to be unnaturally excited and animated by Terri's suffering.
The guy we bailed out thought he saw Michael at the jail. He said it was a big guy who came out of an office marked for doctors and didn't have a name tag on.
There's a great song by FFH called "Fly Away".. it always gets me happy thinking about it...

It goes on, but the main point (King James version), is the Angel told Daniel that he had heard his prayer right away but had to fight one of the bad angels for 21 days. The Angel got Michael the Angel to help him. I just love the thought of Angels all around us.
They probably laugh at us sometimes as we get so frustrated over how things are going. I'm sure there are Angels protecting Terri and Phil your friends dream sounds wonderful for Terri.
No matter what happens in the coming days, Our Lord is in control. I love to read the the old testament.
Also there's a Psalm that says the Angels harken unto the words of the Lord. I figure it might mean when we pray God's words back to him. Sweet precious Terri has caused so many of us, to get back on our knees where we belong. God has put such a Love for her in our hearts.

You want to hear something that got to me today?
Today we went to church for Good Friday. Second year we've done this activity or event. It goes on all day and people just show up when they want. There are rooms set up for reflection and prayer and some activity to do or thing to look at. and each one is a station of the cross. There's a big booklet we get and with each station, there is a verse, a longer scripture passage and a place we can write what we're feeling that pertains to that station.
At one we take communion. My kids and my favorite part is when we get to write things we want forgiveness for on paper, fold it and nail into a big wooden cross. Near the end was a big "tomb" that we went to sit in and you see what was supposed to be the buriel cloth of Jesus. It's a really quiet time, not supposed to talk, lights are low and no more then a few people at each station at a time.
I have said on here all week that I kept hearing God tell me, "Be still and know that I am God".
So guess what the very first verse in the station book was when I opened it?
I cried.

The lady who was killed by her husband, when Greer refused to give her an order of protection, actually worked as a nurse at the jail. This mess is like a spider web.
