Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.
Saw it, well if it is true than someone needs to go in after Terri now! I can't believe I am still sitting here and nothing has happend to help her!

I wish I were more religion than I am, I kind of just do the minimum, go to church each Sunday, pray a little every day, and maybe go to a few extra masses a year.
However, TODAY I went to the Stations of the Cross, which I usually try to do, AND said a rosary. That is unusual for me to pray that much in one day. I hope it becomes a habit, even if it's once a week.

These people are extremely evil, in my opinion. Have you noticed how Felos appears to be on a high over this. His stinking tongue flies out of his mouth about 3 inches.

Circuit Judge George Greer, who has repeatedly ordered the feeding tube's removal based on his findings at a 2000 nonjury trial, had granted special permission for Terri Schiavo to receive communion via her feeding tube prior to its removal.
Malanowski said he anointed Schiavo with holy oil, then used an eye dropper to transfer a few droplets of consecrated wine into the feeding tube.

The last “legal” effort to save Terri has been denied. The portals of disinformation continue to provide their global platform to the ministers of propaganda of the new regime of the culture of death. They have all the airtime they could ever desire in order to feign civility, call evil good and good evil, and continue to numb what is left of the conscience of a nation that long ago accepted the lie that there is no truth, that “freedom” consists in the raw power to do whatever one wills and that liberty is really license.
“Separation of powers”, the “political” ones insist, while Terri breathes her last breath, starved to death, powerless, because solidarity has been replaced by the worship of individual autonomy. “States Rights”, cry some others, ironically some of those whose own ancestors were once called “three fifths of a person”. Still others insist that this evil act should not be remedied by Executive action because to do so would violate “conservative” principles.
The ones who compromise with darkness begin their efforts to compromise the magnitude of all of this. They speak the platitudes of this age of utilitarian nihilism. Yet, Prometheus has been unchained. It is not accidental that this triumph of the will is all being played out on the day when we remember the One who embraced the whole world from the tree on Calvary. How utterly prophetic and profound it all is.
The God of Love Incarnate who walked the way of weakness and suffering now walks through the barricade in Pinellas Park, Florida and holds His beloved. Soon, He will take her home and she will be at peace. We who feel so helpless will weep.
In a house in Rome, a holy, frail man sits and weeps, praying for Terri and for the modern “Jerusalem” which has failed to recognize the time of its visitation. Yoked to the One whom Christians will soon recall walking the Way of Suffering, he offers his own suffering as a prayer. Unable to speak with words, his message is more powerful than ever, at least to those who have the eyes to see.
We who are Christians now enter the great mystery of the next Three days. Not long from now we will hear once again the account of the stone that was rolled away and the testimonies of that Event which exposes the darkness with light and turns the world upside down.
Then we will be sent, once again, into a world that God still loves, desperately in need of hearing and seeing Good news. Then, once again, we will also be sent into the public square of civic participation for the common good.
What have we learned? More than can be addressed in this short piece. Besides which, the moment deserves more. It is time to pray, to mourn, to intercede, and to worship. However, make no mistake,this event has forever changed the political landscape. I just heard one pundit say that this will all be forgotten within months and will have no real political effect.
Really? Stay tuned.

Oh god we beg you to send your Angels into the courtroom and conquer the evil spirits that are surrounding Greer! Protect him! Cover him with your love and compassion so that he may have compassion! We ask this in your name oh LORD! PLEASE! AMEN!

Once upon a time there was a sweet little girl named Cassia. Cassia lived in the land of Iraq. She often thought how wonderful it would be to live in the great land of America. She had heard many stories about how the children and families were so well cared for and free in America. Cassia's life was different in Iraq. She was often summoned by authorities to meet with grown men to be abused and sexually assaulted. She was threatened and often beat when she would cry out for help. One time her rapist, a friend of the Dictator Sadaam burned her fingers for trying to pry away from his brutal acts.
She longed so to be released from her prison. She often cried out silently at night for someone to come to her aid. OH how she longed to live in a country like America, where the President was not a dictator and would help those who were in need.
One day Cassia woke up to strange sounds over her humble home. Sounds of planes, bombs, and loud cries of her neighbors close by. She was paralyzed with fear and began to weep. Her parents were gone, murdered by the evil dictator.
Day after day she huddled in her home, waiting, not knowing what to expect.
One day, after what seemed like forever, she heard the sound of footsteps approaching her home.A kind looking American soldier was there. He stooped down and brought her into his arms carrying her off to a tank that eventually stopped at a relief camp. There she was fed, loved, nourished and treated for her multiple wounds. She was told by the soldiers that America had come to their rescue. She would no longer need to worry about the evil Sadaam. America was going to help her country of Iraq establish a new President, and many wonderful Judges and law makers that would protect her now. It was going to be just like America, Cassia. Cassia jumped for joy. Help had come.
Over the next few months, Cassia learned to read One day she noticed a American newpaper. She picked it up and was excited to be able to finally get her first glimpse of America. Imagine her shock and horror as she read of abuse and murder legalized by the United States of America in Florida, a Sunshine State. She read to her horror, that the President and Governor said they were unable to come to the rescue of a woman that was starving to death and being murdered. A woman only wanting food, but handicapped. Not even ice cubes on her lip or Jello were allowed to touch her lips. Cassia became confused. Could she believe the soldiers who had told her of the land of freedom and promise in America? Would she now want her own land to pattern after this great land of freedom that she had heard about?
Lonely and frightened, Cassia returned to her humble home where the soldiers had first found her. She retreated to that all too familar corner , weeping and shaking with fear. Her hopes had once again been shattered. Shattered by the very country that had come to rescue her.

Judge Greer has effectively usurped the power and authority of the entire state of Florida and of the United States.
A tinpot probate judge has pulled off a coup, and has overridden the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution and Section Two of the Florida constitution.
Judge Greer is now effectively and actually the Executive, the Legislative and the Judicial branches of government, in a country that has no Constitution in place anymore.
He controls the men with guns and dogs who are standing guard at the state-ordered but lawless execution of a woman who has never been charged or convicted of any crime, much less a capital crime.
Well, MRS is counting on movie rights to make him a mega-millionaire among the beautiful and popular people of Pinellas Co. That will be one of many films that I won't watch. If we were ten years younger, Scientologist John Travolta could play MRS. With Hollywood make-up, Travolta might be able to play the older MRS, with someone else playing the younger "loving husband." America will go nuts over this movie.
I do not know if they are scientologists or not, but I do know they pulled the plug on their parents, which fits with the hubbard cult's euthania agenda. And I do know that George Felos is in with them. He's insane and possessed. You can search on Amazon.com and find the book he wrote that tells how he channels, has psychic abilities and leaves his body. Not to mention that he says he is a God.
American Family Raped by Judicial Corruption

These last several evenings, I have been sitting in a small thrift store located directly across from Woodside Hospice in Pinellas Park, Florida. A few weeks back, the local owner decided to temporarily close her thrift store business to the public. Her kindness and compassion for Terri's tragic situation led her to create a small makeshift gathering area inside her little store. This little space is where the Schindlers and close friends now find solace from the crowds and media while Terri lies dying from starvation and dehydration.
During these past two years, I have been watching the Schindlers' anguish as they ventured down every legal avenue to save their daughters life. I have witnessed a family whose expressions resembled the faces depicted in old photos of parents who stood petrified and helpless, as their children were torn from their arms in Nazi, Germany. I've watched the Schindlers' cry, plead and beg the Government to look into the inhumane execution of their daughters life. Once again, with a race against time, and for the second time in two years, I feel helpless as a nurse and their friend. I see the pain in their eyes when they look at me with desperation asking silently how much time their daughter has remaining without food and water.
Two nights ago, Terri's mother Mary, worn and extremely tired, looked at me with tears in her eyes and asked, "What am I going to do Cheryl, I am watching them kill my daughter and I am not allowed to help her?" We both cried. Her words barely audible as she desperately described Terri laying in her bed inside the death camp across the narrow street, "I love my daughter, she wasn't dying last Thursday, but she is dying now." Mary tired and numb continued...... "She responds to me, she smiles at me, we love each other, but her eyes are sinking in now and her face is beginning to show signs she is starving and is thirsty." Mary cried out......"Please, this is America, who can we get to help stop my daughters inhumane death?"
Bobby, Terri's brother emotionally and physically drained after numerous sleepless nights from traveling to meet with Senators in Washington DC, pleading for his sisters life, held his head in his hands. He exclaimed... "What am I going to do, I cannot believe this is happening to my sister; how can this be happening in America?" Bobby paced the floor while vocalizing how his worst fears had become a reality......"She looks like a holocaust victim, how can we as a civilized society allow this to happen to any human being?"
The shock of knowing that no more than 300 yards from me laid a young, healthy woman who was dying from starvation only because of the actions inflicted upon her by her estranged spouse due to his mission to see her dead, was almost more than I could bare. Yes, Terri would die because of the initial decisions that had been made by one local probate judge many years back when Michael Schiavo entered as hearsay evidence to his court, Terri had wanted to die. The very notion that this could be happening in a country that delivers a message of freedom, liberty and justice, is unfathomable. What was I missing here? Had I been disillusioned into thinking I was actually standing on American soil, as I stood watching a 10 year old little boy arrested, handcuffed, and then placed into the back of a paddy wagon for attempting to bring water into a woman who he knew was being starved and dehydrated?
Today, Terri is on her 7th day without food and water. Her family is again forced to sit and watch the life sucked out of her. They know very basic nutrition and water could refuel her life. However, they are watched by police and forbidden to give her even a drop of water as her lips dry and crack and she looks to her mother; a loving mother who provided her with nourishment from the time of conception.
After witnessing Terri's tragic situation with my own eyes and ears over these last two years, I have come away knowing America will never be the same for me. As we rallied on the streets for Terri in order to gain attention to her story, telling of the judicial tyranny here in Florida, we have been called names by people who have not a clue what is happening to Terri, let alone how her death will someday soon effect this nation. Sadly, many will never question the truth about what really happened to Terri Schiavo until they someday find themselves in her situation. When she dies it will not be a matter of "if" this will happen to many others, it will be a matter of "when" it will happen.
For any government official to not become involved in this judicial corruption and homicide, but instead choose to hide behind the notion they cannot become involved because of this being a family dispute, only shows the ignorance behind the leaders in our country. Terri's death is not about "conservatives" "radicals" "religious zealots" "Democrats" "Republican's" "family disputes" or gains for political advancements. It is about local, judicial corruption, a woman whose wishes were never in writing, and a man who has used his authority as her so-called spouse (despite his engagement to another woman) to see her dead! He has used the legal system and its corruption to his criminal advantage. When will people awaken to the real issues at hand here?
Our Governor now says he cannot go beyond the scope of his power. But, he always had the power to act, under Florida's laws. Is this a message to us all that one corrupt judge and one estranged spouse who potentially placed Terri in this situation, controls our Government?
In addition, we must remember that from the time of our conception we have needed a source of nutrition in order to survive. When we allow judges to intentionally remove our basic nutritional elements from healthy human beings so to terminate life, we soon will face our own extinction.
For many years, I had wondered to myself, how did they get away with marching all those innocent people into the gas chambers; why did no one stand up and try to stop them? I now have a clearer understanding how it was accomplished!
