[history]
Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

Well common sense would tell me (and it did when he said it) that you are correct. But we are dealing with a runaway judiciary. So, I guess it panicked me! Thanks for the input. I feel a little better now. :)

Fox just announced the appeal has been filed with the SCOTUS and regardless of the hour each Chamber is aware of it and they're probably talking if over now.

Someone said: "I can't believe that stupid little lawyer can be stronger then Jeb Bush."
He ISN'T!!
Jeb's allowing this people.
DCF has every right to remove her based on the new evidence. The new evidence points to abuse by her guardian.
This is how DCF can legally pull her out.

Sorry. :)
I saw the erratum, but thought no one would not catch it.
Supersed as in super sedere or sit over, I think, if I remember my latinorum.

But DCF has to have the judge's permission. There is no provision for a corrupt judge here. That's the FL law, as I saw on another post, but who knows. I just don't expect any relief.

The DCF did show up to take Terri around 5:30 ish. Do you know that for a fact? That would mean that something may be done in the am or even sooner if true.

She can't speak, the Bushes CAN'T write executive orders regarding this, you don't want to understand that and keep repeating the same nonsense.

He finished by saying that God will not bless a country who does this to their weakest, and then he sighed and was noticably tearing up and said "God help us all tonight".
Something along those lines. He tore Al Franken a new ******* and so did the guest that was brought on with Franken after Joe talked to him. If you can be patient and wait for the Joe/Franken short part...you will cheer when the other guests are on the panel!!!!

Right! You've got it.
This is terrorism at its worst! Parents having to watch their child die a gruesome torture for days and days and days.

He sort of "assumed" the GAL which is a worse conflict of interest than ANYTHING HINO has done.
To: McGavin999
I believe you heard wrong. My understanding is that they do not need the guardians permission if the guardian is the one placing the ward in danger.
