Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

Yes, and I truly love my work. At this time, I'm working only PT for a local paper, but trying to get my own design firm off the ground. It isn't easy when you don't live in a big city. ;-(

I'm sure it's not true. Michael is a subject of their investigation for abuse, too. It would make no sense to get his approval first.

I just heard that the DCF thing is dead. It turns out that the law states if there is a guardian, they can go into the hospice, but they can not remove her.

These people believe in "the law" over everything. By that, I mean man's law. There is no room for God's law, for His law that supersedes man's. That's why they keep saying, "we are a nation of laws, etc." They want all of us to follow the law, which is ok in and of itself, but God's law trumps. They have no room in their world-view for the concept that there is a higher law than what our courts decree.

Oh yes, I know about that, i thought it was something else. I think by than it will be to late for Terri, I honestly do. It has been to long. They need to get Terri out tonight and I think DCFS knows it! They can go to all the hearings they want, but if Terri dies this is all a mute point.

I don't know but I wouldn't think so. If that is the case, what about all of the kids DCF takes custody of against the will of their parents/guardians? If there IS a law that can help Terri, someone better act upon it fast.

someone from DCFS went in by themself this afternoonThat's hard to believe that any lowly state employee would put himself into a situation of great bodily harm without the full support of the gubernatorial office.
