Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.
If calling was inappropriate, why would the nice lady on the phone thank me for doing so?

I know Terri knows the state is murdering her. She knows her husband is murdering her.
If the DCF doesn't act now, they are murdering her too.
Why are they letting the clock tick. HINO can get to her anytime and give her an injection to kill her.

4/17/1991 -- SITTING IN A CHAIR, HOLDING LEGS TOGETHER, HOLDING HER OWN HEAD UP, RESPONSE TO EVERY NOISE SHE HEARS, TASTED EXTRACTS, SWALLOWED. MIXED UP DAYS AND NIGHTS
4/25/1991 MS TALKING TO HER, SHE THEN LIFTED HEAD OFF AND AWAY FROM CHAIR. I ASKED HER IS SHE WANTED TO GET UP. SHE NODDED. I ASKED HER A MINUTE LATER, SHE DID THE SAME MOTION.
4/26/1991 JOHN (NURSE) SAYS EVERY TIME HE IS HERE TERRI SQUEEZES HIS HAND WHEN ASKED.
5/1/1991 - LAST FEW DAYS TERRI HAS BECOME A LITTLE MORE ALERT. SHE WILL MOVE HER HEAD FROM SIDE TO SIDE. WHEN OUT IN WHEELCHAIR, SHE WILL HOLD HER OWN HEAD UP FOR THE PERIOD SHE IS OUT. STILL MIXES UP DAYS AND NIGHTS.
5/2/1991- ASLEEP, SEEMS TO DO A LOT OF DREAMING, HEAD WILL MOVE BACK AND FORTH, TOES, LEGS,ARMS,FINGER, ETC WILL DO ALOT OF MOVING. TERRI DOES REAL WELL WITH HER EARLY MORNING STROLL. SHE WILL HOLD HER OWN HEAD UP (UNLESS SHE FALLS ASLEEP) SHE WILL WATCH ALL THE NURSES DO THEIR THING.

At 3pm DCF stated the law that gives them the authority to take Terri since they have new evidence from a Mayo clinic doc that she's not PVS. I doubt they'd bother if they weren't going to do something. Keep praying.
Something has GOT to work to save Terri's life!
Does DCF have anyone monitoring Terri's condition?
They have an attendant taking calls.....probably one of the few times they get "nice" calls.
I am a former police dispatcher and you are blocking their lines...what if a emergency call comes in for someone else that needs help?

I've never felt he'd have the guts to step up to the plate for the final victory. Sure, he pushed through those two bills but if he'd really had the right stuff he'd have been working on those waaaay before the last minute each time. This last emergency vote didn't need to be such a rushed job. He knew, we all knew, hino would be back to "pull the plug", it was only a matter of time. Jeb had 15 months to save Terri. Family Services had 15 years to save Terri. W had 15 months to save Terri. Everybody sat around waiting for some miracle to happen. Remember that joke (no, not a joking matter) about the guy who was caught in a flood and prayed to be saved. He passed up several chances of being rescued by a boat and such. When he died, he was angry with God who promptly told him he'd sent him a boat, etc. I'm thinking God put the Bush's in office and gave DCF the power as well as all these so called law makers, but each and every one has hoped someone else would do the right thing.
