Are you as fed up as I am over the bad decisions being handed down by the SCOTUS and throughout the judiciary? Are you tired of judicial activism? Are you tired of being ruled by the men in black robes? Is it time to remind the SCOTUS that We The People ARE the final arbiters of law and justice in this land?
Are you fed up with the weak-kneed Republican Senate? Are you ready to drop the nuclear option on the obstructionist Democrats? Are you fed up with Specter and the RINOs?
Is it time for us to rise up and march on Washington again? How many of you are willing to join me in another march to D.C. to straighten out these yahoos and remind them of who's in charge in this republic?
If they can do it in Lebanon, we can do it here!!
That's right - they whined about not having enough Senators - so we gave them 3 more and they're still whining .. I'm wondering if whining is a disease and they have now caught it.
bttt
Based on the useless regulations and mandates passed into law that are forced down the States' and our throats..........
I'd suggest including the HOR and the WH to your list.
I find it interesting when the judiciary tries to ORDER the legislative or executive branch to do or not do something. Under the principle of the seperation of powers, NEITHER branch is obligated to follow their ruling.
Its way past time - RINOs are to blame. Bush, Ford et.al. have put these POS on the bench or looked the other way when filthy liberals like Ruth Bader G. was put on there without any dissent. Hell she was a former pres of the ACLU - how much more biased could she be????? This is the issue along with the border that will not go away for the Republicans so they had better step up to the plate and start playing hardball or there is going to be a voting alternative which will win the votes from them - ever heard of the Conservative Party????
The Ten Commandments have been under attack for years.

"Are we forgetting POTUS has the final say over decisions he feels SCOTUS makes badly??"
Huh?!? Did you leave off the sarcasm flag or something?
They are hearing arguments today, I believe, to ban them from public display. Don't know when they will release the news of their banishmnet.
Perhaps at night on a weekend.
And .. 2 of the judges waiting to be appointed are both for the 9th Circus. This would give some common sense to the court and perhaps cease their stupid and illogical rulings.
I think they TRY to present themselves as immune - but I very strongly suspect that they, in fact, are swayed by public opinion. Think back on the Massachusetts Supreeme court right after they made their outragous decisiojn re. Homosexual Marriage - there was a couple "justices" that made some public appearences trying to explain their reasons - I think that SCOTUS is just as vulnerable to public outrage. They have a legacy to try to protect.
A march is a very good idea - as long as there are some numbers behind it.
By nature SCOTUS is supposed to ignore protest and rely on the Constitution. We know they chunked the Constitution so maybe protest will work.
That was the kick off ruling that started this judicial aristocracy. And it's the reason these libs turn to the courts now, knowing they can't legislate it and that some conservative leaders won't do anything about it.
If someone is able to murder others, they should face
the consequences for their actions, regardless of age.
The Court thus proclaims itself sole arbiter of our Nations moral standardsand in the course of discharging that awesome responsibility purports to take guidance from the views of foreign courts and legislatures. Because I do not believe that the meaning of our Eighth Amendment, any more than the meaning of other provisions of our Constitution, should be determined by the subjective views of five Members of this Court and like-minded foreigners, I dissent.
LIKE-MINDED FOREIGNERS! ZING!!!!!
Yes. After national security, judicial appointments are the MOST IMPORTANT issue facing this administration. The SCOTUS judges appointed by GWB will determine the fate of the Constitution, and thus the republic. The internationalist faction on the court, lead by Justice Kennedy, is propelling the nation toward the European model:
--government by unaccountable elites;
--subjugation of Western civilization and values to multiculturism in general and Islamic fascism in particular;
--conversion of individual citizens into passive, dependent wards of the state;
--diminished national sovereignty in favor of transnational, undemocratic institutions;
--laws driven by agenda-motivated interest groups (NGOs), rather than the consent of the governed;
--thought control through regulation of speech;
--destruction of personal autonomy by deprivation of the means of self defense.
I was surprised at the strength of my own reaction to the Roper case (teen executions), because I'm ambivalent about capital punishment generally. But then I realized that the real significance of the case is not the result but the Court's naked, unprincipled, ipse dixit power grab. Kind of a wake-up call.
I'd join in.
