A Warren County elementary teacher faces a maximum 100 years in prison if she's convicted of having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old boy.
Only news two was in Fentress County as 27-year-old Pamela Rogers Turner was arrested and charged with 15 counts of sexual battery by an authority figure and 13 counts of statutory rape. District Attorney General Dale Potter said that Turner, a physical education teacher and coach at Centertown Elementary, had an ongoing sexual relationship with a male student. Potter said that some of the incidents even took place at school and at the boy's home, where the teacher reportedly lived a short while.
"Most of the time, we try to prosecute them as harshly as possible when it comes to sex crimes involving children. As far as this case, we intend to prosecute it to the fullest extent possible. As far as saying that she will get an x amount of time or anything like that, that will probably be determined by a judge," said Potter.
Now a days there are judges who would make a child of 13 pay for the rest of his life for such a thing.
As a person I understand human sexuality-as a mother I don't want that to happen to my sons.
The truth is there is more at stake for males than females if a female gets pregnant from a fling.
And women who have sexual relationships with very young boys are not trustworthy.
Males need to be careful because an untrustworhty psychopath make make for a good fling- but I doubt many want to spend the rest of their lives dealing with her out of the bedroom.
I AM GOING BACK TO SCHOOL! (.. and mum's the word)
Angry pussy!
..."that will probably be determined by a judge," said Potter.
Yeah, "probably." Lord have mercy on our judicial system if the prosecutor doesn't know who metes out the punishment.
Thankfully, it's not MY Warren County.
This is the second time I've seen this
thread scroll by and it's suckered me both
times so I may as well comment.
Bourbon... I liked your post.
Made sense.
BTW, wardaddy... our county comissioners are
fixing to adjust deer season... lol... and I
haven't yet pitched my bitch to 'em. Too busy
arguing with the mayoral candidates.
there are differences between the genders, Cy - I thought you agreed with that concept.
one that is relevant here is physical damage.
another is pregnancy.
another, which should be utterly obvious from many of the posts on this thread, is that men and women (and males and females) look at the same set of circumstances in very different ways.
I am not offended, Cy.
I am puzzled why you seem to be offended at men not thinking the way you do, that is all.
Bye, I KNOW HER."He/she/it's dead, Jim!"
I borrowed that from Glock Rocks.
in 1983, there was no such risk to the boy. nowadays? yes, artificial legal penalties may form a risk to the boy that did not exist before and which does not naturally exist.
psychos are a risk we all face, every day.
If you don't get why underage boys shouldn't be having sex with women twice their age, I can't help you!
Go ahed and brag. That hasn't happend to me since Super Bowl I. ;~((
It's about power, not sentimentality.
I know of two young boys around the age of 21 and 22 who are going to pay for the rest of their lives for having sex with 15 and 16 year old girls.
No one seems to care that the girls lied about their ages-they admitted to it- and came on to the boys for beer. The boys are in prison- the girls are back in school.
As a mother who is committed to the welfare of my boys- I am tired of the double standards. Of course human nature is what it is... there is no changing that.
AND reality is that boys need to be protected as much as girls.
There are wayyy more psychos these days.
Maybe they can go longer and harder.........Youth, ya know??????
As a 35 year old man, I can look at such a scenario and understand that this is not something that should be done.
from your post:

Nor, if you cannot read and comprehend clear simple declarative English, can I help you.
step back, calm down. I am not your enemy, nor do I disagree with you on the basic wrongness of this woman's actions.
I can read. Read and understand quite well thanks what a double standard this whole thread is.
I was 15. Lost mine to a 26 year old man. Where should he be? Hm?
