I would like to mention how I am personally happy to see Alamo Girl get her due. She did yeoman's work back when FR was just a gleam in many eyes. She has been nominated a couple times and never won, so it's nice to see many FReepers who remember and recognize her effort!
Old Sarge is serving his country in Iraq, or on his way there, as we speak and deserves the thanks of the whole country along with his fellow soldiers!
Zell Miller was a true patriot by speaking the truth to the country in spite of how his party would (yes, already had) abandon him.
