The Terri Schindler Schiavo Daily Threads are created month to month as we watch local and national news regarding Terri and her family.
Since Terri's supporters are in every time zone, you may see something FIRST. Please share news with us that you don't see here already. Now, why would you want to do that? Terri's Daily Thread for September/October of 2004 was viewed over 15,000 times. Terri's November Daily Thread was viewed over 6,000 times. December's thread is over 3,000 views.
More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.
See Terri's flash movies if you need more information. You can see for yourself that's she's interactive and follows the doctor's instructions.

NOTE: Terri's December Dailies are noted as a source above. There are lots of important links at the very top of that thread. If you missed Terri's Celebration of Life, you can click on it from there.
Did you notice how many times Felos had to break off and not answer the question Greta asked him? She asked him about the charge of no light in the room. He said he wouldn't answer each of the charges, and then Greta said, 'How about this charge?' Then he replies that he will just tell her what the appellate court said. That Terri is blessed with a loving husband and that she's received great care throughout the year (slips up, then adds 'the years'). He lies and says that the judges have looked at all the evidence! Wrong!!!
I don't know how Bob and Bobby maintain their composure so well. I don't think I could. I'd probably be arrested for assault or something like that!
Please cheack out tutstar's post #301 about Michaels S. failure to comply with the law in the following thread:
Fla. Loses Appeal in Terri Schiavo Case

I noticed that, too! Tivo is both a blessing and a curse.
I've held the door open to Judge Baird's courtroom for the freak. Composure must be maintained but I cannot post what I felt like doing.
Yes, I noticed.
I was thinking about how the Florida legislature ever passeda law allowing the starvation and dehydration of patients in the first place. Evidently, not all states allow this.
This law needs to be challenged. I don't see why the Florida legislature could not repeal this law altogether. It evidently only became law some time in the last 14 years.
Felos can only talk about his pals at the 2nd dca and the Fla Supremes. He's nowhere without his little mob. They are a a bunch of gangsters who like to think of themselves as "fair". AMERICA IS WATCHING. AMERICA IS GETTING TICKED OFF. TERRI SHOWS US HOW FAR OUR JUDICIARY HAS GONE. FAR LEFT... BEYOND LEFT... THEY ARE EVIL.
Bumping #301
Bump!
It only became law in 1999. A year after Michael began his petition to the court originally. Guess who was instrumental in influencing the legislature? None other than Felos himself. Lovely isn't it?
Please Vote! For all its worth, Michael is no longer winning. We are beating him out on this vote. I guess George Felos is wrong again when he tries to think he has the world on his side.
Thanks,
Cheryl

I just got this and voted, but the question is wrong. It says she is on life support. Why can't the media get anything right when it is about Terri.
So Felos got it through the legislature. Isn't that a surprise. I like the way he kept saying on Greta's show that it was the court that said this or the court said that, while he and his client are the ones who brought it before the court in the first place.
Seems like he was hiding behind the court. Maybe things aren't going well for him in his personal life. I can't imagine anyone wanting him as their lawyer unless they want to kill someone.
I got that message a few minutes ago.
Is it supposed to redirect to constantinople.hostgo.com?
I am troubled by your stance on the Terri Schiavo matter for two main reasons:Any thoughts?-1- To suggest that a man who has openly stated his desire to marry another woman should have power over someone he claims as his "wife" is to make a mockery of marriage.
-2- You accuse Terri's parents of making allegations against Michael without proving them in court. They'd like to prove their allegations in court, but the guardianship motion filed in 2002 has been perpetually postponed by the same Judge Greer who ordered Terri's gastrostomic feeding suspended. Michael has been ordered to appear for depositions, but he's refused to show up and Judge Greer has done nothing about it.
I should further suggest that anyone--no matter how healthy--who is denied all forms of food and water will die. Michael has not only sought to forbid gastrostomic feeding and hydration; he has for many years also forbidden any effort at oral feeding and hydration. There is no legal authority for him to do this, but Judge Greer has refused to do anything about it.
I don't disagree with you that Jeb Bush isn't really the right person to be making these decisions. But somebody had to intervene. At the time, Terri's guardianship hearing had been scheduled to occur about a week after she was supposed to be dead. I don't think anyone was expecting that in the year since then Judge Greer would still refuse to do his duty and hear the case.
Is it too much to ask that a woman receive a court hearing in which there's at least one principle party who doesn't want her dead? In the other hearings that have been held to date, the parents could petition as friends of the court, but had no real standing. The guardianship issue is the only one where they'd have full standing, but Judge Greer refuses to hear it.
Doesn't something seem un-Kosher about that? And isn't it proper for a governor to try to act to prevent someone from being put to death under circumstances that are at best fishy?
Working now.
Shall we go for 2,000? The sky is the limit?
Bump. Good question.
Have they no shame?
