The Terri Schindler Schiavo Daily Threads are created month to month as we watch local and national news regarding Terri and her family.
Since Terri's supporters are in every time zone, you may see something FIRST. Please share news with us that you don't see here already. Now, why would you want to do that? Terri's Daily Thread for September/October of 2004 was viewed over 15,000 times. Terri's November Daily Thread was viewed over 6,000 times. December's thread is over 3,000 views.
More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

Dear Gentlemen:
As a citizen of Florida I'm appalled by the arrogance of the courts which have called Terri's Law unconstitutional. The legislature did an honorable thing in passing this law to protect a disabled woman who interacts with family and friends from being dehydrated to death by an adulterous "husband" who has been allowed by the court to ignore statutes pertaining to guardian requirements.
Please reintroduce HB692 immediately! Floridians who are disabled and unable to speak for themselves deserve protection under the law. Protection which already exists under the ADA but has been ignored by the courts.
I appreciate your time and attention to this life and death matter.
I just called the White House comment line. They had already heard. The woman was nice. I asked her if the President would say something about this case.

He said he wanted to protect the most vulnerable and I hope he uses the bully pulpit to help Terri. I think we need to force him to address this issue.
He needs to help his brother protect the disabled. It was his father who signed the Disability Act. We need to see this President stand up for the disabled.

I did speak to the Florida Advocacy Group and they are not just warming chairs. I thanked them for helping.
FR_addict, if you could google for the tourist bureau and get us their toll free number, we can start calling them. I will discourage visitors and out of staters can say they're not coming to Fla PLUS, republicans reminding republicans that pro-life is in the Republican Creed, last time I looked.
AND TERRI IS NOT IN A COMA. SHE'S DOING WELL BUT NEEDS THERAPY.
Glenn Beck this morning did a STUPID THING. He repeated that Terri was in a COMA. GLENN BECK ERRED on his radio show this a.m. It doesn't help for GB to be inaccurate!
There are hundreds of Terri blogs. I'm sure they are duplicating our efforts. That includes all the Christian Coalition and the Catholic League, Jewish News sites and even atheists know this is A CRIME.

When our Supreme court has taken a stand to go against our Governor and has begun taking actions in support of killing people in wheelchairs like they did in Nazi, Germany....we know we have serious problems! How long before it is one of us?
As Terri lies with the look of panic and horror on her face while she is being starved to death, what will we be doing?
We must really consider our position when we choose not to jump immediately into to the fighting lines on this one folks!
Michael Schiavo's attorney, George Felos, earns $10,000 - $15,000 by giving speeches on Terri. Felos accuses Terri's family of violating her right to privacy, yet he earns a ton of money talking about her in his seminars.
