He said he wouldn't answer each of the charges, and then Greta said, 'How about this charge?' Then he replies that he will just tell her what the appellate court said. That Terri is blessed with a loving husband and that she's received great care throughout the year (slips up, then adds 'the years'). He lies and says that the judges have looked at all the evidence! Wrong!!!

I was thinking about how the Florida legislature ever passeda law allowing the starvation and dehydration of patients in the first place. Evidently, not all states allow this.
This law needs to be challenged. I don't see why the Florida legislature could not repeal this law altogether. It evidently only became law some time in the last 14 years.
