Former President William Jefferson Clinton formerly opens his Presidential Center, which will hold the papers from his two term presidency.
Attending the ceremony will be President George W. Bush, former Presidents Jimmy Carter and George H.W. Bush, along with First Lady Laura Bush ,Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, Rosalyn Carter and Barbara Bush.

Wow...BILL Just Admitted that it was BUSH 41 who was responsible for the reforms in funding for Education.
(It was 41 who started the process where more of the less fortunate could get a college degree......Not Klintoon.)

This is a very dysfunctional family.I was only able to catch the first few minutes of this while getting dresse for work. When they were still inside the library, there were some scenes of Bill, Hill, Chelsea, GWB and Laura looking out the window. I kept thinking that Chelsea looked grim, unhappy and even angry. And that's before she went outside and go wet.
