Former President William Jefferson Clinton formerly opens his Presidential Center, which will hold the papers from his two term presidency.
Attending the ceremony will be President George W. Bush, former Presidents Jimmy Carter and George H.W. Bush, along with First Lady Laura Bush ,Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, Rosalyn Carter and Barbara Bush.

That surgery really took a toll on Bill.
I am always amazed at how much a President ages while in office. They look so vibrant the first year....but year 4....they are haggard.
