Vindicating the Serbian People: An 'Aerial' Counter-Attack
Serbianna ^ | Friday, November 12, 2004 | T.V. Weber

The last of Clinton’s bombs fell on Serbia over five years ago. But now, America is focused on another war, so that the media in the U.S. can treat Clinton’s debacle in the Balkans, and its ongoing aftermath, as though they were yesterday’s news. It is easy to see why the American public has not yet come to terms with a number of vital issues connected with those events.

Unanswered Questions in the Balkans:

Where is the evidence of “ethnic cleansing” in Kosovo - and where are those “mass graves”?

Each war gets a different media “spin.” The direction of “spin” depends upon whether the media intend to help or to hurt the current administration. For several years, the U.S. media have been relentlessly harping upon the question of Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction, and demanding to know whether any of them have been found. We know that Iraq once had them. We know that they once used them. We know that Iraq did not side with the U.S. in the so-called “war on terrorism.” (Considering that radical factions of Islam have declared war on the U.S., it is a nonsequitor to declare war on a tactic rather than an enemy. See Rip Snortin' Van Winkle & Strange Bedfellows--Then and Now for our earlier comments.) We know that Saddam Hussein publicly offered large sums of money to the families of suicide bombers. Yet we keep encountering the same public expressions of outrage in the U.S. Many continue to ask, “Where are those weapons that were supposed to be in Iraq?”

Well, Serbia was never allied with anyone who attacked the US—never ever! Out of the blue, the Clinton-dominated media began concocting tales of “ethnic cleansing” that accused the Serbs of atrocities comparable to those of the Third Reich. As the war against the Serbian people raged on, the American public was fed a steady diet of what were purported to be “aerial photos of mass graves.” So, five years later, where are those “mass graves”?

Why won’t the current administration in the U.S. denounce Clinton’s support of bin Laden’s allies in the Balkans?

We are getting almost daily reports of the ongoing mess that has followed the Bushes’ war in Iraq. This is a valid concern. Many have pointed out the dismal failure of America’s attempt to force its own idea of “democracy” on the Iraqi people.

But where is the outrage over the mess that US foreign policy has made in Kosovo? The people that the U.S. and its NATO allies were allegedly fighting to protect were, and still are, the worst violators of minority rights on the planet.

Following my article, The Tale of Two Shquiptars, I heard from a number of individuals who claimed to be young Albanians. They all engaged in polite dialog. They all told me, in one way or another, that Islam played no role in the reasons for the conflict between their people and the Serbs in Kosovo. They also scoffed at my claims that al-Qaeda and the KLA had any connection with that war. In every other way, their stories diverged so much that they each seemed to be talking about a different conflict. Most of them asked me to set the folks at Serbianna straight.

After I referred them all to the detailed information available on Emperors Clothes at Bin Laden in the Balkans, none of them could give me a cogent reason to doubt the information presented there. Since then, we have received permission from Emperors Clothes to post the data on our website, www.tvweber.com, also, at www.tvweber.com/binLaden_KLA.htm. So why won’t the current administration in the U.S. denounce Clinton’s support of bin Laden’s allies in the Balkans?

Taking It to the Air

One of the reasons for getting my book to press was that it would afford an opportunity to vindicate the Serbs. The title of the book, The Crumbling Wall Against Tyranny: a/k/a The United States Constitution, does not give the slightest suggestion that there is anything in it that would remotely relate to the Balkans. Even so, in the span of seven pages, the reader sees a clear link between Clinton’s radical Muslim allies in the Balkans and the perpetrators of the 9-11 attack upon the United States. Those tragedies exemplify what can happen when the president is permitted to flout the Constitution with impunity, and to usurp powers not granted to the Presidency under the Constitution.

Using talk radio, we now have a chance to get these messages to the Christian people in America. It is my personal “aerial attack” upon the misinformation and propaganda that bombards us all.

Hence, among the suggested questions for discussion that my publicist sends to radio talk show hosts is: “Why do you call President Clinton, ‘al Qaeda’s man in the White House?’”

With the world listening, I explain in concise, “sound bite” language that Clinton conducted a war against the Christian people of the Balkans, on behalf of bin Laden’s allies. I don’t even need to say the word “Serb.” Some listeners understand immediately; others will need to think about the message first. But a Christian audience should have no trouble getting the message.

If the Crumbling Wall Falls, Tyranny Reigns

My book is about the American system of government, how it should work, and why it no longer works so well. It roundly condemns the actions of those U.S. presidents who have—contrary to their Constitutional status—assumed the powers that allowed Clinton to launch his war against the Serbian people without interference from Congress.

Only Congress has the power to declare war, and there had been no declaration of war, yet Congress sat back and let the war continue. It is illegal for a President to do as Clinton did; yet the American people accepted it. Neither Congress nor the American people attempted to stop him.

The potential for tyranny is great when one man can single-handedly start a war and no one dare raise a hand to stop him.

America at the Crossroads

The bitterness of the 2004 campaign season is one more piece of evidence that the US has lost its Constitutional moorings. Every four years, we can each offer a miniscule degree of input regarding who our next dictator will be. Except for those who have already resigned themselves to the idea of being, in effect, slaves to the government of the United State (intentionally leaving the “s” out of “States), and those who feel that the U.S. is beyond hope, citizens are in absolute horror over the outcome of each election.

With the Clinton administration long out of power, it is time for America to make amends. Both Democrats and Republicans need to take an honest look at Clinton’s failed foreign policy and assume responsibility for setting matters aright.

With the President’s new administration about to begin, there is absolutely NO excuse for retaining anyone in the federal government who still considers the Serbs to be “war criminals,” the Russians to be our “geopolitical rivals,” and the KLA and Bosnian Muslim fanatics to be our “friends.” It is not our purpose to raise the issue of the Constitutional definition of treason, which was once a capital offense rather than a prerequisite for entry into America’s self-styled elite. But it is entirely reasonable to insist that the federal government cease to employ those people in any position of public trust!

The administration needs to look for honest and capable people who are free of racist bigotry against Slavic peoples, and free of religious bigotry against Orthodox Christians. It may even be necessary to recruit candidates from sources other than the Ivy League, the University of Chicago, or the Beltway “think tanks,” which evidently have become breeding grounds for their own particular prejudices and distorted worldviews.

The Serbs have been an ally of the U.S. since there was a free Serbia in the 19th century. Isn’t it time to renounce Clinton’s failed Balkans policy, apologize to the Serbian people, and restore the lands that they have lost due to the wrongful intervention of the American military?

If not, let us remind you of the slogan, “Serbia, the land where empires die.” Who would have expected the once-mighty empire of the Ottoman Turks, the Austro-Hungarian empire of the Hapsburgs, and the formidable Nazi empire of the Third Reich, all to become extinct after picking on tiny Serbia? On what basis do the American government and people claim to be the sole exception to the principles of history and of common sense that apply to everyone else? Is America too blinded by vainglorious pride to see that it is following the same downhill path that landed its old enemies in the dustbin of history?

Far better for the US to swallow its national pride, repent of its errors, and join hands with Serbia in heartfelt cooperation—so that al-Qaeda can be the next empire to die in the Balkans rather than America’s empire.

Actually yes. The Serbs were accused of drinking Albanian blood. Reports out of Kosovo at that time told of Albanians forced at gunpoint to donate blood. It was an Albanian hoax - Albanian propaganda regurgitated by the Western press.

"Serbs skinned and decapitated Albanian women and children"

(sigh) Paratrooper made it very clear that the "skinning" and the cases of heads detached from bodies were the result of animal activity, not mutilation by Serbs. Which we all already knew from Dr. Ranta's autopsy reports. Enough already!

I recall a seeing corpse with about half the skin off the head missing. It was a result of (1) loose burn layer from the "grenade" which caused his death and (2) subsequent animal activity. The victim was a Serb, and he had thrown his body over his wife and two children to protect them (their bodies were beneath his). I photographed the bodies, as it was my job to do so. A medical examiner I called to the scene (also as required by SOP) concurred with that assessment in the official report. Now, am I calling Croats "skinners" and "drinkers of blood" of Serbs? Absolutely not. Some anti-Serbs on this forum might say so.

Can we please have a reasonable discussion?

No, not RBJ. Can't you tell by the fact that he's coherent? RBJ, bless his heart, was hardly coherent.

Para made that clear ONLY after I confronted him with the autopsy report which in fact mentions NO SUCH "skinning".

Do you consider Shukri Buja to be a terrorist?

Good question. I caveat my answer up-front that I do not know the details of what Buja did. I do know that he was a member of the Kosovo Liberation Army fighting for independence from Serbia. If his actions were directed solely against the Serbian security forces within Kosovo and conducted within the normal rules of warfare, then I do not believe him to be a terrorist, but an insurgent.

If he had been captured by the Serb government forces, then they would be entirely within their rights to try him under their laws and apply the appropriate punishment. That's the difference between being a soldier in a conventional state-on-state war where captured combatants are simply held until the war is over versus being a soldier in a rebel army where, if captured, you are not just a combatant, but are liable for crimes such as sedition or treason.

Now, if he deliberately targeted noncombatants or killed prisoners, etc; then he is a murderer and should be tried as such just as is occurring right now at the ICTY with three KLA members.

Here are some U.S. Department of Defense definitions:

terrorism

(DOD) The calculated use of unlawful violence or threat of unlawful violence to inculcate fear; intended to coerce or to intimidate governments or societies in the pursuit of goals that are generally political, religious, or ideological.

revolutionary

(DOD) An individual attempting to effect a social or political change through the use of extreme measures.

insurgent

(DOD) Member of a political party who rebels against established leadership.

insurgency

(DOD, NATO) An organized movement aimed at the overthrow of a constituted government through use of subversion and armed conflict.

EU autopsy report stated:

6. The wounds caused by shots were to all sides and parts of the bodies and from various directions. (crossfire - no indication of execution style wounds)

8. There were no signs of the use of either sharp or blunt weapons on any of the bodies, either pre or post mortem. (no abuse of the bodies - no hands on close quarter killing)

9. No trace of gunpowder was seen on any of the bodies; there were two wounds where it was not possible to establish with certainty the distance from which the wounds had been inflicted. (No indication of close quarter gunshot wounds)

Home village: Mostly Racak with a few from Malopolce.

hmmm, interesting. Please post as I've been a frequent visitor to Kosovo.

Now, is your report the sanitized version made public? Racak was and is purely a fabrication and could you also list the names of each individual with home village please?

Mark,

Are you sending a warning shot to Para_501 to be careful and post only in line with previously published ICTY data or what?

Anyway, your posts is fun to read. First you mention Buja but fail to remember that Buja is not the best witness for Racak hoax originators. It was Buja who claimed at ICTY testimony that 41 Albanian civilians were murdered and one was MIA in Racak, while ICTY states it is 45.

41+1 is not 45. Who are additional 3 names on the list Regional KLA commander knows nothing about as of JUNE 2002?

Now we know that the list with the names was GIVEN to Para_501 and that he did not insist on DOB because "it was not important"

And you call this evidence?

Buja also contrdicts Para_501's account of january 16, 1999:

According to Para: "We spent a couple of hours documenting the evidence and sometime around noon I was told that Ambassador Walker and the press would be arriving soon. The OSCE guys were off looking at something so I (KDOM) met him when he arrived in Racak and took him and the press around to view the evidence.

According to Buja's ICTY testimony of June 6 2002 Walker WAS AT THE SCENE OF THE "MASSACRE" BEFORE 11:00A.M. January 16

Page • Page 6415 • {57/103}

Q.: When did you meet at the place where you claim was the crime scene? Was it before the meeting or after the meeting?

• A.: It was before the meeting, at about 11.00.

• Q.: So that was when Walker came there? >{? • A.: Yes, that is where I saw him, and that is where he requested a meeting.

Q.: When did you come to the place where this incident occurred? How much time later? After Walker, that is.

• A.: I do not know, because I don't know what time Walker reached the place. So I can only suppose that the interval must have been brief.

• Q.: Had he already come to the place where the incident had occurred or did you tour the place where the incident had occurred together with him?

Whom to trust? Terrorist Buja or U.S. Soldier Paratrooper_501?

There is one explanation how both BUJA AND PARA_501 can tell the truth about Walker's visit. Walker had an ample time to organize what is needed. Serbian police attack was known 48 hours ahead. Walker came in the morning to arrange the scene of 'massacre'.

Once he finished and inspected the scene, Walker silently left. 'Around noon' appeared, this time with the press enourage. That's when Para escorted him to the scene of the 'massacre'.

Racak hoax is like razor wire - the more perp wiggles, the nastier it gets.

The biggest problem for the creators of the Racak hoax is that there were too many witnesses and not all of them were under Walker's supervision. Also, KLA guys are eager but incompetent liars who destroyed the Walker's script by being unable to follow it word for word.

SO, DO WE REALLY NEED TO CONTINUE WITH THIS CHARADE?

The incident happened nearly five years ago. So far I have been speaking from memory without referring to any references. Unlike some others, I have not spent the last five years rehashing these events in my mind. I rarely even think of them anymore. If my memory is not perfect, so be it. I already said I would go home and try to find my notes. However, since you already seem to have your mind made up this will probably be a futile gesture.

To add to that. Some things I remember very well as I wrote in the earlier narrative. Some things, such as the specific time that AMB Walker showed up I do not remember specifically. I don't remember looking at my watch. I do remember getting there, Petrovo, at first light, about 0730. I remember going to Racak about 45 minutes later. I remember documenting evidence for a few hours (and some of these images remain strong in my mind). I remember specifically the French reporter asking me to classify this as a massacre. I did not. I remember hearing over the radio that AMB Walker and a bunch of press was coming when I was resting in the center of the town. I remember being unable to immediately locate any OSCE guys and deciding to escort AMB Walker myself. The specific times these events occured I do not remember as at the time they were not immediately relevent.

If I wanted to lie I would at this point either drop off the net or regroup to check the ICTY documentation to ensure they match. I will do neither but will continue to tell what "MY EXPERIENCE" was.

DTA, you're grasping at straws. We have the bodies of murder victims, eyewitnesses, forensic reports, and intercepted telephone calls from the perp's superiors that all point to mass murder by the Serb forces of civilians at Racak; but you call the case a charade because one witness says "about 11:00" and another says "around noon" concerning the arrival of someone else THE DAY AFTER THE MURDERS have already been committed. Who cares & so what come to mind. Ditto for whether or not one of the witnesses later remembered whether the exact number of civilian bodies in the gully and scattered around the village was 41 or 45.

But thank you very much for this quote from your post:

The biggest problem for the creators of the Racak hoax is that there were too many witnesses and not all of them were under Walker's supervision

That is exactly the problem for you and the other creators of the hoax stories about Racak; too many witnesses from too many separate origins and organizations have presented the same account of the massacre. Your hoax has had it! (had to get some alliteration going at the end there!)
