(sigh) Paratrooper made it very clear that the "skinning" and the cases of heads detached from bodies were the result of animal activity, not mutilation by Serbs. Which we all already knew from Dr. Ranta's autopsy reports. Enough already!
I recall a seeing corpse with about half the skin off the head missing. It was a result of (1) loose burn layer from the "grenade" which caused his death and (2) subsequent animal activity. The victim was a Serb, and he had thrown his body over his wife and two children to protect them (their bodies were beneath his). I photographed the bodies, as it was my job to do so. A medical examiner I called to the scene (also as required by SOP) concurred with that assessment in the official report. Now, am I calling Croats "skinners" and "drinkers of blood" of Serbs? Absolutely not. Some anti-Serbs on this forum might say so.
Can we please have a reasonable discussion?
Para made that clear ONLY after I confronted him with the autopsy report which in fact mentions NO SUCH "skinning".
