My answer to all this hysteria is to not watch the news channels. Turn on a movie, watch "Raymond", HGTV, A&E, CTV, ANYTHING but the talking heads. And yes, that includes FOX.

Hard work wins elections, making phone calls, going door to door, driving republicans to the polls, the last place people should be is on the FR. Sorry to burst anyone's bubble.

470 some odd replies. [Best Fritz Hollings voice]: There's a whole lotta angst going on out there. Well, there should be. Most important election in my life time (least did I know how much Jimmah Carter would adversely impact my life). But this one is a matter of life and death, literally.
I believe the detailed planning, and flawless execution of the party's election strategy puts us in a position to win. Mr. Rove has positioned the President to win in the Blue states. (How can PA, NJ and HI be in play?). Plus, I trust the majority of the American people to make the correct decision. So, with the blessing of the Lord, that His will be done, W. will win another term.
Imho of course.

I couldn't stand anymore commercials so I am watching Mel Gibson's Patriot. I have decided that the Redcoats shall be played by demonrats. I think we will prevail. I recommend a nice smoky single malt scotch to go with it. Mellow out til tomorrow, when the fate of the free world will be decided.
