We all remember the votes that were never counted in Florida 2000. So, while we are all working hard for a positive outcome on November 2nd, we also have to be prepared for a repeat of a 2000 stolen election. Below is a pledge for people to sign, supporting efforts to mobilize and protect the vote on November 2nd and making a commitment to protest starting on November 3rd in the case of a fraudulent vote count. By signing this pledge, you will be joining with thousands of others in the November 3rd Urgent Response Network. Please sign the pledge at www.nov3.us and pass it around far and wide.
We are setting up a Fair Elections Advisory Council made up of US and international elections experts who will give us their assessment on election day itself. If they find significant fraud, we will activate the Urgent Response Network on or immediately after November 3rd, calling on people everywhere to engage in protest, including non-violent civil disobedience, in front of their local federal buildings and other appropriate places. We will also be asking those who can to converge in the states where the most serious fraud occurred, as well as in Washington DC.
In addition to signing the pledge, please work with other people and groups in your area to protect the vote on November 2nd and to build the Urgent Response Network. Pick a venue for your local protest in the case that the Urgent Response Network is activated, and list the time and place on the website at www.nov3.us. We also recommend that you set up a place to jointly watch the election results on November 2nd.
Let us commit ourselves to making sure that this time around, the person who occupies the White House is the one who won the election.
November 3rd Pledge of Action:
I remember the stolen presidential election of 2000 and I am willing to take action in 2004 if the election is stolen again. I support efforts to protect the right to vote leading up to and on Election Day, November 2nd. If that right is systematically violated, I pledge to join nationwide protests starting on November 3rd, either in my community, in the state where the fraud occurred or in Washington DC."

Now that's class!
Only if they are confronted in the streets. The country is wound tight, don't light the fuse.
Yep. Agreed. And it will be equally disgusting if what is nothing more now than a front organization for the Communist Party USA [the democrat party] is allowed to act violently and/or resorts to terroristic acts, without a defense of our Republic and order by "us" The People...The Militia.
The up-side to your theory is that W would be president for as long as those thugs want to draw out the process. Good for Bush, a nightmare for Lurch/Oppie team.
I think it may be past time to start putting pressure on local officials to look into the tax status of some of these groups. We also need to start putting pressure on local and National officials to turn around the NEC status on WWP's exception to the rule for reporting contributions.
Bumping your post.
I like that one! Let's show up and give them tissues and tell them to use them to make spitballs.
I think they missed an organization: "Save the Trees", honorary chairperson Al Gore.
Medea Benjamin and the Reverend Jaaack-sennn. What a shock.
Prairie
They want to threaten to take to the streets and start civil war when Bush wins? Good, they need to remember which side is well armed--in ALL aspects! Bring it on and see what happens!
I never hear on the conservative talk shows how the Republicans were able to intimidate African-American voters. Most African-Americans live in our large cities, and which party controls the machinery in most of our large cities? The Democrats! That being the case, how did the Republicans suppress the black vote? Remember the fiasco in Palm Beach and Broward counties? The election officials were Democrats. If any conservative talk show hosts monitor this forum, this point needs to be hammered home. If any Freepers have any contacts/connections with conservative talk show hosts, let's get them on this.
My memo to these idiots.
Rioters get shot.
Remember that you momo's.
If we want America...we have to fight for America.
While the Left is planning to whine, I'm chilling some - wine!
A bottle of Sonoma valley sparkling wine, as it happens!
Obviously this name becomes F*ck Hugh (say it out loud, folks)...
It is a standing joke to refer to "Intercourse University" or "F*ck U."
I expect there will be some major rioting in some cities after Bush wins. My father and I were talking about this back in spring as we saw the incredible froth of hatred that has been built up from various sources including, but most definitely not limited to, Micheal Moore's ranting.
I like your style. Are you in the military?
I hope you all don't consider me to be a bit of a tin-foiler if I tell you what I really believe.
I believe that a Second Civil War is not only a possibility, but, now an inevitability. For years, the only thing holding this nation together was our free elections, the losing side shrugging off defeat and saying "better luck next time", but NOW things are different. Their limited gains the far-left socialists in America have made in convincing millions that Bush "stole" the 2000 election in Florida have provided them with the bold cover they need to launch a real vote-grab. All inhibitions the left may have had about election theft are now gone, and in the post Farenheit 9/11, post MoveOn.org world of today, millions of hardcore Leftist losers seeth with a palpable, dangerous, violent hatred of the President (really just for doing his job well--protecting America).
Say that I am a defeatist. Say that I am a pessimist. But don't call me crazy, because there will be another Civil War in my natural lifetime. Whether this year's potential massive election fraud is the catalyst or we can salvage another couple of years through fighting the Demmies with words and law, I just don't know. But no nation can last forever if it can't even stand up with a unified voice and fight for itself.
