45 minutes to go. If there is already a live debate thread go ahead and delete this.
I understand posting a live thread has become a somewhat of a political ordeal here, when it shouldn't be. So to take the pressure off, I'm posting this anyway. Do I dare? LOL!

You have plenty of company. Just thinking of Lurch as pres. does it to a clear thinking individual.

I predict:
Kerry will have a non-specific plan for everything.
Most questions will tilt to hurt the President.
That even if the President totally kicked ass, the press says he loses and spends the rest of the election continuing to work against the re-election of the sitting President.

I'll say here what I said on the early thread: please keep the moaning and groaning and doom and gloom to a minimum - otherwise you are allowing the MSM to win. Bah!
If Bush sucks eggs, like he did the first time, I'm going to note it. If he kicks ass, like he did the second time, I'm going to note that (in a much better mood.)
I expect him to come through tonight, big time.

I'm fairly new at this and would like to join in. No, I'm not a democRAT, just sick of the MSM and Fox and would like to participate with like minded people.
To: MamaB
I'm drinking Diet Coke.
I still have to Homeschool my kids in the morning and with the word "plan" being chosen, I would be useless after ralphing all night.

I just want Bush to ask Kerry what he has accomplished in his 20 years in the Senate. What one thing that he's bitcin about did he propose legislation to fix?

I'm nervous, but not as nervous as I was for the first two debates. I believe the President will speak with clarity, with determination, and with honesty.
We can count on Kerry saying two things over and over.
- I have a plan...
- I have always said _______, but...
There is no doubt in my mind that the poll results will favor Kerry as the winner, but at this time the poll results are meaningless. What counts is the number of Americans who understand and believe what the candidates are selling.
John Kerry is nothing more than a polished, deceitful, smooth-talking lawyer. His message is not about substance. It is about how many people he can persuade to follow him, and there are a lot of sheep in this country.
However, I can't believe the majority of Americans would hand the keys of the White House over to a sleaze ball like him.
We'll have a good feeling about where the election is headed within the next couple of days.
Stay strong and keep the faith everyone!
