I predict:
Kerry will have a non-specific plan for everything.
Most questions will tilt to hurt the President.
That even if the President totally kicked ass, the press says he loses and spends the rest of the election continuing to work against the re-election of the sitting President.
If I drink each time Kerry says "plan", I'll be hospitalised for alcohol poisoning.
