PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE III (live thread)

45 minutes to go. If there is already a live debate thread go ahead and delete this.
I understand posting a live thread has become a somewhat of a political ordeal here, when it shouldn't be. So to take the pressure off, I'm posting this anyway. Do I dare? LOL!

The effect will be marginal, and the effect will be the chat folks pick up afterwords about the debate. Debates sometimes have more of an impact from the spin then from the debates themselves, up to a point.

CBS News poll shows huge Kerry win:
39-25
This makes no sense. If true, man Americans are idiots.
But, I frankly can't fathom this being accurate.
Then again, the ABC poll heavily sampled Republicans. Who knows...but it sure seems like Bush at the worst tied.

Did Lurch just say "As President, I am committed???" [Anti Kerry sarcasm torpedo ARMED. FIRE!]
Not quite. He said, "Truly, I say unto you, before Bush was, I AM."
[Disclaimer...at least his body english said so...]

You simply cannot mistake GW. ... People like and trust him because he is a real man. Humility and strength. You can't fake it, it's God given. You've nailed it. I dreamt about GW last night. I can't remember the details, other than it was a pleasant dream (hmmm...). Night before last I dreamt about Rush Limbaugh. Maybe I need to cut down on the talk radio.
Anyway, I'm sure the reason I had a nice dream about the President is due to how he comes acoss to the people - a manly man, humble, strong, American values, a family man. What is there not to like? Given a choice, based on personal characteristics alone, who would select Kerry over Bush?
And, if you combine the personal characteristics with character (or lack thereof), how could anyone choose that lying, botoxed, weasel Kerry?
I'll take a man over a poodle any time.

And doesn't loving God with all your being mean letting your faith inform your politics? But why should I be surprised that he is a moral relativist and a situational ethicist...he doesn't really believe that there is a God and Right and Wrong. And did anyone notice, on the abortion thing, that he left out one of the parties...it's a decision between a woman, her God and her doctor....hmmm, isn't there a baby involved somewhere?Yep, I agree. I was thinking the same thing that he doesn't believe in God, I do know that he was an alter boy, though, ad nauseum. I actually didn't notice right away that he left out the unborn baby, probably because my mind went the way of imagining the doctor, the woman and God, all three with an open mind, discussing an abortion. The man has no real belief in anything except that belief is irrelevant. All that seems to matter to him is that we all hold hands.

Chrissy Matthews just reported the Softball "online poll" with results favoring Kerry, 75% to Bush's 25%.
Email them & tell them why! They are so stupid they can't figure it out???
Matthews and the others know why, but they just don't care.

I think the people he needs to reach probably wouldn't watch five minutes of a debate even if they were chained to a chair infront of the TV. They go with the trend. Oh, Kerry is up, I think I'll vote for him. Oh, Bush is ahead. He's got my vote! Hopefully this will change the trend. Sadly, many in America lack the mental capacity to even comprehend the issues.
To: All
Oh geez, here goes Morris off his meds again. He says Kerry won, period.
OH PLEASE GOD GET MORRIS OFF TV HE'S SUCH A WIND VANE!
One day he says, "Bush is winning" and the next, "Kerry is winning".
Toe Sucker needs to be cut off.

Well, here's a big surprise. Dick Morris is dissing the debate negotiators for letting a debate be on domestic issues. He thinks Kerry won big time.
