I understand posting a live thread has become a somewhat of a political ordeal here, when it shouldn't be. So to take the pressure off, I'm posting this anyway. Do I dare? LOL!

I gotta say Howlin, I agree.

The first dirty deed by Kerry was bring up Cheney's daughter as lesbian. He made it personal, and showed his true colors.

The second SLAM DUNK was when asked about the women in their lives. President Bush spoke from the heart about his daughters and his wife. Kerry spoke about his deceased mother, which was nice, but what about his wife and daughters?

'bout time!!! He was very critical last time. By the way did anyone see a rectangle on the prez's back--I am sure that is the most important thing to take from the debate. After all, he did well, and it couldn't be because he IS good!!!!

I didn't think it was possible, but Bush performed better tonight than he did in the Town Hall Format.

Bush was the clear winner tonight. For all the blah blah about Democrats supposed Owning of domestic issues -- All Kerry did was rehash the same tired rhetoric of the last 70 years. he offered nothing new, just the same class and race warfare Dems use over and over. Bush on the other hand offered solutions, results, and a plan for the future.

This was not a debate tonight, it was a wipeout.

To Buchanan's credit, he has often suggested that Bush's plain-spoken manner will make it extremely hard for Kerry to win "middle American" states like Iowa, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.
