Bush wins this one. Bush 9 , Kerry 8, Tied 2 You need to change channels, the presidential debate is on a different channel (judging by your scores). It is not close, maybe 14 to 5 in favor of the President based on substance AND style. President Bush looks better, sounds better, and is in control. It is surely not as close as you suggest.
