But doesn't mention that he LOVES his wife I noticed that too. Bush went on about how much he loves his wife and daughters, and you could read the sincerity from the back row of the hall.
Kerry probably chose correctly NOT to mention how much he loves HIS wife, because it probably would have backfired, with 3 or more lizard-tongue lappings on his part (his little lie detectors).
