what does this mean for Bush? 58 percent say they want major changes, compared with only 9 percent who say they want his second term to look a lot like his first term.

Thanks in large part to Swiftvets and FreeRepublic I agree.
Believing Mr. Zogby
According to the Zogby Poll [Zogby/WSJ** 8/30-9/3], which for some reason the Wall Street Journal has been featuring regularly, John Kerry trails George Bush by a scant 1.7% in Arkansas and actually leads by .4% in Missouri.
Yet Kerry-Edwards doesn't seem to believe Arkansas or Missouri is even worth an ad:
Bowing to political realities, Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry has canceled plans to begin broadcasting television commercials in Arizona, Arkansas, Louisiana and the perennial battleground of Missouri.
That decision seems to provide some insight into how serious professionals who actually have to ration campaign resources view Mr. Zogby's state-by-state polling.
These state-by-state polls are internet based polls (Zogby also conducts other polls by telephone). Salon has this to say about the Zogby Internet polls:
The Zogby Interactive Battleground Poll -- regularly cited in the blogosphere and published on the Wall Street Journal's Web site -- is an online poll conducted via e-mail. If this sounds dubious, that's because it is. Online polling has a spotty track record and remains an unproven method for gauging public opinion.

Thanks for posting this. I have been curious about how these guys get their numbers.
Exactly. Who posts on their first day?
Well as long as he continues to protect my family from terror and as long as he takes action before we get attacked not like a Kerry wait until attacked then see what the polls say to do... Then I think I'll be part of the 9 percent and keep his second term the same as the first.
I did....
I posted explaining how I found the site (I typed in CNN Sucks on Google)......
That you're a troll?
"That you're a troll?"
??????
You: "you are correct."

Where's the link to the original?
I'd like to read other things from the same author.
Thanks.

I noticed that too...
LOL. Ain't it the truth?
I don't know. What does it mean that Kerry is getting his ass kicked in every poll. What does it mean that he has lost the womens vote that Gore carried by 12% and now Bush is ahead. What does it mean that Bush is up 51% to Kerry's 37% that people trust Bush and not Kerry to carry out the war on terrorism. What does it mean that all the NEW battleground states are Gore BLUE STATES. Answer those TROLL.
Looks like he folded under your mean VRWC Republican attack. :O)
There were so many irregularities, I don't believe it was an accident.

I saw that too. I've been checking back to see how that played out. TJ is silent for the moment. Almost a trollish quality to it, the silence that is
Sorry. We get a lot of leftie trolls here who like to post discouraging things and, subsequently, a lot of paranoid types who see trolls behind every post.
Consider it an FR "hazing." Tough it out, grow a thick skin (if you don't have one already), you'll be okay.
At first I was gonna skip this, then I got further and further into it. Now I clipped it, split it up, and every time I see a poll I'm gonna double-check this.
Frankly, it's gonna take a while to digest, but my first thought is 'Why did Rushbo hang with Zogby so much last time, and why does Zogby go all lefty-squishy now?
Either way, Excellent post, Thanks!
