Hi everyone. My Dad has had two strokes in the last few days. He is only 64 years old. So far, he is very weak and confused but is still able to talk. The doctor is warning of the strong possibility of more strokes with progressing severity.
Will you please pray for my dad and my family as we deal with this?
Thank you all. It means so much.
Tears of joy for your Dad's happiness and peace. Laughter in the joy of hearing about his wishes to vote. I have more than one prayer left in me for him! I'll be praying quite often that the peace and comfort of our Lord Jesus Christ will be with him and keep him safe.

We brought him home on Tuesday late afternoon by ambulance. He was able to visit with all of his family members and friends that have come by to see him that day and the next day.
When he got home on Tuesday he was hungry. Hungry for the first time in days in fact. His dinner request? Frito pie. So he ate two helpings of frito pie!
I had asked for prayer for him to be able to vote before he dies. Thanks to information from freeper IamHD, we were able to take him by ambulance yesterday to the Barbara Bush Library and he was able to do curbside voting. They came out to the ambulance with a portable machine and he was able to vote for his beloved George W. Bush for re-election. That was so very important to him to be able to do and I am thrilled to have been able to go with him.
Shortly after we returned, he lapsed into a coma. He is still in the coma and I anticipate that very shortly, perhaps in the next few hours, he will be home with his Saviour and with his mother and father.
He has had all of his friends and family come to see him today to say goodbye.
Thank you all so very much for praying. Please take a moment to look at the pictures of him voting.
Also, please feel free to send the pictures out if you like. He felt voting was so important that this is what he chose in his final hours. Please make sure everyone you know does the same thing.
For those that think they just don't have time to go vote, please tell them about dad, Robert Dimmick.
I am so very proud of him and love him so very much.
BTTT for ya.
Update to all. My dad passed away an hour ago. He's with Jesus now.
He's with his sister, his mom, his dad and probably eating pancakes!
God Speed Daddy....I love you.

Prayers for your dad and his doctors. They are hopefully giving him medication to prevent another stroke, and I pray for wisdom for them.
Prayers on the way!
Prayers for your dad, you and all your family.
I think what you did for your Dad in his final days is just wonderful.
