Rush is reporting that the docs came from the Kerry campaign and that the campaign knew that were fakes.
They have stated that they are not behind the documents that CBS aired. They know nothing of it.
That being said, the fact that the ad came out so close to the time CBS aired the story indicates the possibility of coordination.

When my mother told me about this story yesterday, I think she mentioned that some Kerry documents on his web site had/have some of the same characteristics as these forged documents. I figured she got the info from FR.
Has anyone checked the Kerry campaign site?
A few freepers a few weeks ago were commenting that Kerry won't release his records because he knows some of the stuff in them is forged. And he took a typewriter with him to Vietnam, as well as a videorecorder.

You know what the best part is? Imagine the witch hunts going on at CBS and the Kerry campaign. They won't know who to trust since they're all basically untrustworthy. It's gonna be fun to watch.

They will have and are. MSNBC is dedicating good time to this everytime they talk about election 2004, CNN is hitting it hard and ABC was one of the first major news outlets to go to there own experts who raised there own questions, not to mention ABC was the first to get a hold of Killians relatives.

You just wait. CBS will find a way to come out of this being the victim, and will manuveur the media to support it somehow. Rather hasn't lasted in his job these many years without being able to survive, and he'll survive this, too. Kerry & Edwards - nah. Nobody will ever interview them before the election about this nor any other thing that is of question. They've been unavailable now for nearly 40 days. It won't change.

This has the potential to get even better, once it is revealed WHERE the forgery happened ....
Is it any coincidence that there forgeries appear right after Kerry brings the McAuliffe/Hilary hit squad on board ?
Imagine Kerry loyalists pubic accusing McAuliffe as the source of the forgeries, and vice versa. Kerry loses AND McAuliffe resigns, and Hillary's grip on DNC money is BROKEN.

No, it's not the end of the Democratic party. It's the end of the Democratic Party as we know it -- which is a chilling notion, because I don't think their next step is to find morality.
AP sued Pentagon on FOIA, gave the documents to DNC, who with the Kerry campaign, gave them to CBS.
So. Who put the forgeries in the stack? AP or DNC?
That's the question.
