Can we start accumulating info about any Kerry undisclosed medical condition?

Posted on 08/17/2004 10:46:47 AM PDT by meatloaf

While reading the Kerry material presented on FR and elsewhere, I've started to notice mentions of Kerry being in a funk for extended periods of time. One reference mentioned Kerry staying with him for about a week after a campaign loss and Kerry not saying a word the whole time.

Another story alluded to a converation with Kerry and Miss "T" in which he admitted seeing a therapist for the angst as he put it. I think there's another aspect to Kerry that's not common knowledge. If it's true, it can be pieced together. FR is the place to do it.

Do we know the side effects of massive botox injections in the forehead.

Maybe it would be better if we let the other side gin up the sleaze, and take the high road here. Depression is a lot more common than you may realize, and it's not a social disease.

I'd skip the botox stuff. Let's look for episodes pointing to mental instability.

He seems to be unable to work for an extended period of time without having to take a vacation. I wonder if he fully recovered from his cancer.

Keeping track of all his nuanced viewpoints are giving him a screaming headache.

I think there is enough ammunition in "Unfit to Command". It's well documented and provable. Speculating on Kerry's mental state will get you no where. It just gives ammunition to those who want to brand us as right-wing crazies and takes the focus off Kerry's Vietnam and senate record.

I know what you mean about sleaze in general, but I think given what we now know about President Kennedy who took, what are the latest reports, something like 30 pills a day, that it's a legitimate question.

Kerry takes more vacation breaks than any presidential candidate in memory. I don't think he has the stamina for the presidency.

Certainly missing 76% of public Intelligence Committee meetings and presumably an equal number of privately held meetings (since he won't release his attendance it must be very bad), I think it's fair to say he doesn't have either the stamina or commitment to be even a senator.

Until he releases his military medical records, as far as I'm concerned the injuries surrounding his three Purple Hearts are "undisclosed medical conditions".

It is a very *bad* idea to go off into wild-eyed areas of speculation. Unless you have hard evidence of health problems, don't get caught speculating because it makes us look very, very bad and desperate.

We aren't bad, and we aren't desperate...so lets not give that impression!

Ever since his shoulder surgery he's been throwing footballs and baseballs like a girl.

Though I strongly suspect he threw like a girl before the surgery, too.

You're right but the forty minute stunned period after 9/11 combined with other stuff is looking like it adds to an undisclosed medical condition. The incidents may add weight to the call for dislosure of Kerry's medical records.

Many aspects of Kerry's past are unknown to most voters. Think of it as truth in campaigning.

Maybe Kerry is suffering from alzheimer's. All he seems to remember is the four months he spent in Vietnam and even those memories are fuzzy. Kerry can't seem to recall anything significant he did during the past 20 years in the Senate or even his anti-war days.
