SEN. SAXBY CHAMBLISS: 'Reportedly these documents are related to homeland security and then suddenly we see the Kerry campaign came forward with what may have been illegal documents. This is sensitive stuff and was a significant breach of security...Kerry knows better than to use these documents,' Chambliss says in a press conference.
SEN. GORDON SMITH: 'There is a curious connection between the removal of these documents and the Kerry press conference on port security..It's disappointing what people might do as they try and take the President down.

If Kerry himself used these classified documents for his political gain, he should go to prison as well as Sandy Berger. Actually, since we are in a state of war, and this involved national security, I would not be opposed to the death penalty for TREASON.

'There is a curious connection between the removal of these documents and the Kerry press conference on port securityIf the Dems want to question timing, there's some timing to question!
To: gopwinsin04
The timing IS suspicious ...
Why would Republicans want this to come out NOW? ... before the Dem Convention? ... Seems like timing would be MUCH better in between the DNC and the RNC conventions.
I never believed all the Hillary hoopla about her knocking off Kerry to get the nomination and push Bush on the defensive with a short campaign against an unknown popular opponent ...
but now Im starting to wonder ...
Seems like the Republicans are not responsible for the leak ... we need to know who leaked this ...

If true, Kerry is toast ...
Mrs. Murphy: Help you two?
Elwood: Do you have any white bread ma'am?
Mrs. Murphy: Yeah.
Elwood: I'll have some toasted white bread please.
Mrs. Murphy: You want butter or jam on that, honey?
Elwood: No ma'am, dry.

I hope they have some basis for suggesting the info got to the Kerry campaign. The MSM will let Dems overstate a case, but not Republicans. Everything the Reps say needs to be air-tight; if the Reps make careless allegations, THAT will become the story.

You're welcome, and maybe we'll get Herman Cain in there today or Aug 10th runoff

The repubs have to find a different way to say this.
By connecting the classified documents to Kerry's & Berger's new conferences, it is the Repubs that are telling us what is in these classified documents.
How nuts is that ?
