If Jesse Helms was still representing your fine state, I'm sure that option would be on the table!!! Yes, this certainly borders on treason. At the very least this should result in federal felony convictions for Berger for removing and destroying the documents, and possibly for supplying them to Kerry; and for Kerry, if he knowingly received and used stolen classified information.
Daydream Fantasy #1,038: Within hours of the 'Rat convention opening this coming Monday, Kerry is arrested by federal authorities, who seize and search all of his personal and work-related computers, freeze his assets, etc. What would the 'Rats do? Go with Edwards, the goofy-looking huckster/child channeler, or with Madame Hillary, one of the most hated people in the country? I know its a dream, but its certainly fun to think about!
