Cow cut, drained in Arborg: Mutilation mystifies

An Arborg cattle farmer made a horrific discovery Monday when he found the partially skinned carcass of one of his animals that was missing its tongue and apparently drained of its blood. "The whole thing has turned out to be more sinister than I thought," said Yvonne, a neighbour, who examined the mutilated animal. She asked not to have her last name used to protect her family.
"What sort of weirdos have we got travelling in our neighbourhood?"
Gordon, who would only allow The Sun to print his first name, said he discovered the carcass on his farm Monday afternoon.
"I don't really want to speculate on what happened. I know what I saw," he said, adding he is still shaken up by the find.
Arborg is 100 kilometres north of Winnipeg.
COW MUTILATIONS
The mutilation happened Saturday or Sunday night, Gordon said. No one heard anything.
He's heard of several cow mutilations in the area over the past few years, Gordon said.
He called the RCMP, reporting that the animal had been attacked by a predator. He has since changed his mind about the cause.
"It was definitely a sharp object used," he said.
Arborg RCMP Cpl. Glenn Syme said he has never investigated an instance of cattle mutilation. The RCMP did take a call this week about a cow being attacked by a predator, likely from Gordon.
SKIN PULLED FROM FACE
The animal was found with an incision under its chin. The skin had been pulled from the face, exposing the teeth.
"It's not the gore, we've seen that before, it's the evil behind it," Yvonne said.
The tip of the animal's tongue, cut from its root, was placed in the mouth, she said.
"There's not a drop of blood in that animal. The only way you can drain an animal of blood is (to cut into it) with the heart still pumping," Yvonne said.
The cuts were very precise, as if made by a surgeon, she said.
"You don't know who you're dealing with ... the average wild and woolly neighbourhood brat wouldn't be capable of doing it," she said.
Gordon and Yvonne called Fern Belzil, an Alberta-based investigator of unexplained deaths who has been studying cow mutilations for eight years, for help.
Belzil has studied 100 cases, two-thirds of which remain unexplained.
"I'm not saying it's aliens ... a lot points towards aliens but there is no proof," he said.
Belzil said he has never encountered any evidence pointing to who or what is killing cows.
"It's a real mystery," he said.

Not accurate at all for the well-read on the subject.
Or even for those who know a wide diversity of ranchers in key areas.

The chupacabaras seem to be much more course and predatory in an animal fashion than the typical mutilation would indicate.
Good's book has an extensive section on the chupacabara incidents in Brazil and other Western Hemisphere areas.

I think there's enough proof to stand up in a lot of courts
IF
the FEDS could be effectively compelled to be honest about their involvement/evidence in tons of cases.
There is enough evidence almost even otherwise but the ridicule factor has effectively neutered that level of evidence a lot. But there's at least as much credible witness and forensic evidence as has put many murderers away for a long time.

I was last stationed on Maxwell AFB (it's in Montgomery, Alabama) and retired here. It does not have helicopters assigned. The base is very public due to the fact that the Air War College, Air Command and Staff College, International Officers School, and the Senior NCO Academy are located here, and have been for decades. The base has a flying mission of C-130's from the 908th Airlift Wing, Alabama Air National Guard. You can watch them flying, doing touch-and-goes, etc, almost anytime. There are no other aircraft assigned to the base. Ocassionally other aircraft come in for various ceremonies or practices landings, etc. I go to Maxwell at least once a week. Never ever did I see black or any other color helicopters here.

I don't know --- I've been told that the chupacabras are very likely pets that escaped from aliens' ships and they're a bit different than our usual predatory animals.

I think Good's is the best recent one. And the topic is just one of many in the book. Maybe comprises about 5-12% of the book.
It hasn't been the focus of my 35+ year study. But I've grown up in NW New Mexico and have read plenty over the years as it is often a part of UFO type books.
I could scan the AMAZON offerings and suggest the better ones, if you wish.

I wouldn't imagine that such craft would be stationed in such an open base.
I would imagine they might be there very short term or for refueling or some such.
I can't imagine that you guarded the base 24/7.

I can imagine that. They are somewhat humanoid in build.
But I think it remains to be seen/publically known precisely what they are.

It is kind of interesting --- the chupacabras apparently were first in Puerto Rico --- and the hispanic countries take them for granted practically. It's weird that this mutilation shows up in Canada and is just like what's been reported in Mexico and Latin America and the SW USA. There have been dogs drained of blood near here (the border) --- I think the cases actually happened and the people say it's likely a chupacabra.

But the people observing the animals being taken up in the air do not report seeing chupacabara etc.
And, the people in those cultures and countries are prone to being superstitious in a list of ways. They tend to lump all kinds of things into the chupacabara phenomena.
And, the cases where a chupacabara has clearly been seen and a victim left, the evidence is markedly different in terms of the results on the flesh, blood etc.

Cute. Yeah, I guarded the base 24/7/365, and flight ops let me know even if a sparrow came in. Seriously, I just don't believe it. Often these stories are just plain made up, embellished, or the writer naively believes what some lunatic has told them.
My first duty station was in Colorado in the 1970s. At that time, Colorado, and for that matter, the rest of the country, was having its biggest wave ever (and still to this day) of cattle mutilations. I worked NORAD ops, and we repeatedly got calls to verify helicopters, planes, UFO's or other things over the entire West. We just didn't have that data. Note: Not lied, wouldn't provide, was ordered not to, etc--just didn't have any radar tracks, flight plans, etc, about it.
I am as mystified over these strange animal (ain't just cattle) mutilations as anyone, but the military is NOT involved. Shoot, I'm for the government doing a high level investigation. But think of the money, manpower, equipment, and above all tens of thousands of GI's sworn to secrecy in order to believe the military is on on it, is just plain not logical.
Anyway, the TRUTH is out there and all. It just ain't the military's problem.
To: Quix
And one more thing if I may.
Why would the military, or government risk so much, when it would be far easier and cheaper to buy some grateful rancher's cattle and take them back to a lab for a PROPER investigation, under rigid scientific controls, than to RISK getting caught (lot's of cameras and video equipmewnt out there) or even spend enormous amounts of money on pay, fuel, and equipment to fly in at night, cut up an animal, then get out of dodge before getting caught? It simply defies logic.
I do think something wierd was going on. I remember how frightening the events of the 1970s were. I worked with a Lt. Colonel who did go and do some at the sight investigations, and the stories he told would make the hair stand up on the back of your neck. He thought it was UFOs. I don't know what it was, but do believe it happened. But the USA wasn't doing it.
To: Alas Babylon!
I understand your perspective.
My perspective is that your explanation is weaker than the tons of texts from many sources I've read over the years.
I'd still be interested in your read of Good's book as a whole.
I also suspect that you were not at the TOP of the NORAD scene. There are just tooooooooo many credible reports of NORAD being involved at some level in the UFO thing.
I could allow a chunk of disinformation about that but not 100%.
Yes, pets and even military personnel have been mutilated in classic, similar fashion. One, Airman or Marine, I think, was dropped back on the White Sands base--bloodless, as I recall.
Would not require thousands of military personnel. Hundreds or even a hundred or so would do.
My relative asserted that we had UFO crash teams available to go instantly to any spot on the globe at a moment's notice.
If you were significantly involved in NORAD OPS at a very high level, then you know that we can keep SOME things secret regardless of how many know.

I don't know the degree of military involvement.
I don't know the degree of 'military' involvement with ET's playing the role of military for whatever purposes.
I don't know the degree of very black ops authentic military involvement but that's under the control of the globalist puppet masters etc.
And then there are possible combinations as some collections of puzzle pieces would indicate.
It may be that there's government involvement as a kind of agreement with one of the ET races. Or a super black ops section of the shadow government etc.

As to the logic, I believe the ET's have begun it and are in charge of it. The government may be complicit or playing catchup or trying vainly to monitor or keep quiet or some combination.
But I think the ET's have their own reasons for doing it. Some would claim it is environmental/health/biosphere monitoring.
Some say it's for their food slurry.
I don't think that conventional logic fits or works well when there's so many multidimensional levels of so many dimensions and convolutions of fact, disinformation and what not involved.

"They are not always lowered. David Perkins reports that, judging from bone fractures, some cattle appear to have been dropped from as high as 1000 feet." I think that qualifies for the disturbing mental image of the day award.

But less disturbing than the image of the Airman, soldier or Marine who was similarly ?dropped? after similar treatment back onto White Sands missle base. No, I've long forgotten the source of that one.

I once called Art B. to try to talk about Good's "Above Top Secret."
I think it was specifically to ask him, IIRC, about Eisenhower's meeting with an alien in 1954 in California.
Art didn't want to talk about it on the air. I think he said something like the book had been discredited.
Having said that, I have no good idea what's behind these animal mutilations. The connection to mad cow disease sounds as good or as bad as any other, I guess, except I don't for a moment believe it was carnivores or scavengers.
[Just curious, what's reference or footnote 19? What specific foreign substances have been found in the blood remnant from the carcasses?]
