But the people observing the animals being taken up in the air do not report seeing chupacabara etc.

And, the people in those cultures and countries are prone to being superstitious in a list of ways. They tend to lump all kinds of things into the chupacabara phenomena.

And, the cases where a chupacabara has clearly been seen and a victim left, the evidence is markedly different in terms of the results on the flesh, blood etc.

And one more thing if I may.

Why would the military, or government risk so much, when it would be far easier and cheaper to buy some grateful rancher's cattle and take them back to a lab for a PROPER investigation, under rigid scientific controls, than to RISK getting caught (lot's of cameras and video equipmewnt out there) or even spend enormous amounts of money on pay, fuel, and equipment to fly in at night, cut up an animal, then get out of dodge before getting caught? It simply defies logic.

I do think something wierd was going on. I remember how frightening the events of the 1970s were. I worked with a Lt. Colonel who did go and do some at the sight investigations, and the stories he told would make the hair stand up on the back of your neck. He thought it was UFOs. I don't know what it was, but do believe it happened. But the USA wasn't doing it.
