New...excuse the pun...explosive information is being provided in a lawsuit brought by an Oklahoma City lawyer named Mike Johnston that was brought in March of 2002:

The facts Johnston and his team of investigators uncovered could blow the lid off the U.S. government cover-up of the "others unknown" who conspired with Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols to murder 168 Americans. If proven, says Richard Perle, chairman of the Bush administration's advisory Defense Policy Board, "it would add a lot to the justification of what we do." However, Perle cautioned INSIGHT in an interview, "The case against Saddam is so powerful it would be unnecessary and unwise to pin our case on one single act, however heinous. We're looking at the aggregate of the indictment of Iraq: their weapons of mass destruction, their refusal to allow U.N. arms inspectors into the weapons facilities, their support for terrorism. If we clutched at one single act, some people might see it as an excuse."

The lawsuit, filed in U.S. district court in Washington on March 14, alleges that convicted Oklahoma City conspirator Nichols met repeatedly in the Philippines with World Trade Center bomber Ramzi Youssef, and that Youssef was an Iraqi intelligence agent. If these allegations are confirmed in court, they constitute a stunning indictment of Iraqi state complicity in murderous attacks on the United States well before Sept. 11.

But new evidence uncovered by Johnston and his investigators suggests that Youssef may have had direct ties to Iraqi intelligence all along. "We have sworn witness statements and affidavits from court cases that predate the Oklahoma City bombing that directly tie Ramzi Youssef to Dr. Ihsan Barbouti," Johnston tells INSIGHT. "The witnesses say Barbouti introduced Ramzi Youssef as an 'explosives expert for the Iraqi National Oil Company,' and that Youssef was working in Kuwait for Barbouti prior to the Iraqi invasion." Johnston says that he believes Barbouti was married to a member of Saddam Hussein's al-Tikriti clan. In tribal Iraq, such ties create bonds of absolute loyalty.

It could be the $25,000 was just the down payment and that the previous owner carried the contract.

This does happen. My father owned a Mobile Home Court sold it with $25,000 down and carried the contract. When the new owner couldn't make the payments because of the interest rate they took it back.

All I can say is that if John Kerry should (God forbid) become president, the United States in finished! And there will be no chance of a turn-around.

In the audio interview in the links below, Tonia Yeakey tells the story of Terrance Yeakey, an American hero. He was the first OKC Police Department officer inside the Murrah Building after the bombing on April 19,1995. Terrance Yeakey went straight into the building and started rescuing survivors. A year later, on May 8,1996, Terry's body was found in a field one and a half miles from his car. His car was filled with blood. Terry was found with his jugular vein cut in two places, both wrists cut, and both arms cut at the elbow and rope burns on his limbs and a bullet in the head.

Tonia states that a member of law enforcement confirmed the body was drug from one place to another. The FBI immediately took over the investigation and ruled it a suicide without an autopsy, even though according to the funeral director the cuts were too deep and severe for the use of embalming fluid.

Iraqi Officers who defected during the Gulf War were relocated with their families to the US. Oklahoma City was one of the areas where they were relocated. Some may have been Iraqi Agents, planted by Saddam.

Oklahoma City was the site of the Islamic Conference that Steve Emerson surreptiously attended and filmed for his video and book Jihad in America.

BTW, I'm one who considers it likely that the US will break up, or break out in Civil War, sometime during my life. We are as polarized in this nation as we were in the 1850s.
