No doubt he'll be hired by the New York Times, and given Walter Duranty's old desk...

Executive Editor Gallagher "asked Mr. Kelley exactly where he had been standing on a battlefield in Chechnya in January 1995, the distance between him and the front line, and the exact location of the Russian military convoys," and "Mr. Kelley understandably could not recall the precise details."That is not the kind of thing that I would forget.

Lies of the press. And he wasn't the only one, by far.

He probably thought Natasa Kandic would come through and lie for him anyway, as she is anti-Serb. Who did you say funds her?
She likely didn't come through because now that there's a trial, she'd have to produce actual evidence - the notebook - which she doesn't have.

Oh, damn the Serbs anyway, who needs "evidence"? If Penny Marshall and The Arkansas Love Machine say they were being mean to those poor, helpless, cuddly muslims, I say off with their heads!
Where does Meathead weigh in on this, anyway?

So what you are saying is Clinton/Clark went to war,
sided with radical islamists,
and deposed the leader(s) of a country
based on FAULTY INTELLIGENCE
watch hillary and clark spin this one...

Has Ted Kennedy said that the war was cooked up in Arkansas yet?

Our "winning" the war in Kosovo helped the drug runners in the KLA/Osama finance 9/11. It's so good to see PravdABDNC come clean with their Rat lies so late after the fact. The genocide was only Christians fighting in self defense against Islam terrorists and Weasley/clinton bombed them back to the stone age. What democrat EVER stood against a terrorist??

I think someone needs to find Christiane Amanpour and ask her if she cares to revise her statement about the press "carrying the water" for the Bush White House in Iraq. From the press reports of William Walker's account in Racak to this new revelation about Jack Kelley, the US media became the personal press secretary for the Clinton White House. At every turn, the "US media" not only reported without question claims made by administration officials, it appears they even participated in the fraud to drum up American support for the war in Kosovo.
Just compare the media's support for the war in Kosovo to the efforts the press made to disuade Americans from supporting the removal of Saddam. These are the same media people who had the nerve to question every aspect of the war in Iraq...even accussing Bush of lying about the threat Saddam posed. I have no problem with a media that truly desires to get to the facts...in a non-partisan way. But these are many of the same people who now admit to trading access in Iraq...and to Saddam, in exchange for a favorable representation of the Batthist government.
While these media elites made Milosevich out to be the next Hitler, they actually reported, with a straight-face, the ovewhelming popularity of Saddam in Iraq...by pointing to his 100% victory in the fraud they called an election. This site was so dispicable, as they showed cheering Iraqi's celebrating Saddam's victory...but failed to point out the armed guards that were ordered to arrest anyone who might object. The irnoy is, Slobo was actually more popular in his country than Saddam ever was in Iraq.
I just don't recall the embedded US journalist who tracked through Yugoslavia visiting the carnage after NATO's 78-day aerial bombardment of that country. Unlike Iraq, were the press took us to hospitals in Baghdad...to show us the injured children from our offensive war, there was practically a press blackout in Yugoslavia, as no images were beamed out of that destroyed country. Someone please ask Amanpour just who it is that the press carries the water for. Because it certainly wasn't the Bush White House. I think it is becoming clear that the mainstream US media is nothing more than the propaganda wing of the Democratic Party.

Reality check here. Do you really think a President of the US and the NATO commander got their "evidence" from the USA Today. Was this story a key event??

The Kelley investigation casts doubt on the story about the diary - but it's a stretch to say "Kosovo genocode lies revealed". Beyond Kelley's misconduct in the investigation, it's not conclusive one way or the other.
