“Today, an emergency appeal was filed in the U.S. Supreme Court challenging the election results in Pennsylvania. This appeal raises serious legal issues, and I believe the Court should hear the case on an expedited basis.
“The Pennsylvania Constitution requires in-person voting, except in narrow and defined circumstances. Late last year, the Pennsylvania Legislature passed a law that purported to allow universal mail-in voting, notwithstanding the Pennsylvania Constitution’s express prohibition.
“This appeal argues that Pennsylvania cannot change the rules in the middle of the game. If Pennsylvania wants to change how voting occurs, the state must follow the law to do so.

The Pennsylvania LEGISLATURE definitely knew that the words in ACT 77 were directly contrary to the words in the PA Constitution when the LEGISLATURE passed and sent it on to the Pennsylvania GOVERNOR for signature.
How many PA LEGISLATORS stood up and said: “I can’t vote for ACT 77 as it directly opposes the words in the PA Constitution?”
The Pennsylvania GOVERNOR definitely knew that the words in ACT 77 were directly contrary to the words in the PA Constitution when the GOVERNOR signed ACT 77 and put it into effect.
Did the PA GOVERNOR stand up and say: “I can’t sign ACT 77 as it directly opposes the words in the PA Constitution?”
We all know the answer. Both the LEGISLATURE and the GOVERNOR were silent because they were committing FRAUD upon the people in Pennsylvania.
Both the LEGISLATURE and the GOVERNOR violated their oath of office to uphold the Pennsylvania Constitution when they passed and signed ACT 77 in October 2019.
And the PA JUDICIARY is complicit in this FRAUD because they claim it is not their responsibility to take a look at the Constitutional validity of any new law.

Any appeal to SCOTUS would have to include enough states such that providing evidence sufficient to prove fraudulent ballots in those states would result in President Trump getting 270 or more electoral votes.
In trying to secure President Trump’s reelection it does no good to show the Demonicrats corrupted the election in just one state if those state electors are not sufficient to give the Electoral College majority to President Trump.
