Wealthy Chinese couples are implanting their embryos into American women so their children can be born as US citizens, The Post has learned.
The service is provided by a surrogacy agency, Patriot Conceptions, which operates between China and the US and has been accused of hiding details of who the biological parents are from surrogates.
Women who carry babies for the agency are recruited informally through social media and collect between $60,000 and $120,000 dollars for their services.
The children are then swept off by their parents to be raised in China, where it is seen as a status symbol among the wealthy to have a child able to claim US citizenship.
Incredibly, such a service is completely legal, thanks to free-wheeling surrogacy laws and liberal interpretations of the birthright citizenship clause in the Fourteenth Amendment, recently reaffirmed by the Supreme Court.
Patriot Conceptions is run by a high-energy US Army vet named Haotian Bai — who founded the international surrogacy agency and last year received a prestigious fellowship from a top Republican think tank, which describes him as a “pioneering entrepreneur in the third-party reproduction” sector.
Bai’s Irvine, Calif.-based Patriot Conceptions grabbed headlines last week when a surrogate identified as “Judy” came forward when she discovered she was carrying the child of reclusive Chinese billionaire Xu Bo, who has allegedly sired over 300 children.
The surrogate only learned who the father was after being informed by CBS News. She said she had responded to an Instagram ad for Patriot Conceptions, who arranged the surrogacy.
The company said it had only arranged that surrogacy on Bo’s behalf and “the surrogate deserves to have her concerns taken seriously,” according to CBS.

I have always thought it ironic that communism could produce so many billionaires, but anyway...
It seems that the Chinese Reds are very liberal in throwing down their money for what they want, and there is always someone here ready to ring up the sale, even for the use of a womb.
We live in bizarre times.
I read a short article about the Billionaire Xu Bo, a 40 something Chinese who has sired at least 300 children.
Most of the live births are boys, which is what Xu prefers.
He says “Boys are superior to Girls!”. Is that right?
He only dares to state that publicly, because, as a billionaire, he only keeps Yes-Men around him. Few employees would contradict him and risk losing their job or salary level.
This is why foreign POS should not be allowed in the US Military. They are azhos, NOT AMERICANS.
The boy looks like a spider monkey to me.

Proliferating illegal schemes import foreign nationals to give birth here to get US citizenship......some cater to Chinese nationals, communicating with clients through Chinese social media and websites.
They coach foreign nationals on how to evade immigration restrictions, including advising women to apply for visas ‘before pregnancy’ to avoid detection. Foreigners colluded to get visa applications, travel logistics, housing, and documentation for the children, including US passports, Social Security numbers, and birth certificates.
End these schemes now. Pass US Rep. Brandon Gill’s Citizenship Act of 2026, which would make the children of birth tourists ineligible for citizenship by amending the Immigration and Nationality Act and US Sen. Jim Banks (R–Ind.) companion legislation in the Senate.

This is akin to abortionists branding themselves Pro-Choice.
The Chinese are nothing if not crass.
China hasn’t been Communist since 1989.
They still call themselves “Socialist” but the economy is probably less regulated than most Western European countries. They are a surveillance state, though no worse than the UK, that is somewhat censorious. However, it’s tax structure is better than the US and it encourages wealth creation. In my experience the government there is no more intrusive in many ways than here. Though there are notable exceptions to statement in areas of religion and free speech.
Rather than “Communist” it’s more of an oligarchy-imperial-nationalistic-dictatorship. Socialist in name but more pragmatic in maintaining power. They realize that maintaining power means domestic tranquility and prosperity.
Nothing I’ve written here means it isn’t an paternalistic totalitarian state. In other words, a bigger, more aggressive version of Singapore.
That said, domestically speaking, most Chinese live fairly prosperous, happy lives.
