Aslan might sound different than you expected in the upcoming Narnia movie.
Greta Gerwig recently discussed her adaptation of C.S. Lewis’ fantasy novel The Magician’s Nephew with Empire, explaining why she cast Meryl Streep as Aslan...

The cover also emphasizes the character’s heterochromatic eyes, which were inspired by David Bowie. Gerwig cites the “Life on Mars” singer and a number of other ’60s and ’70s rock musicians as key creative influences that helped her form the “big and transporting” aesthetic of the film, which she wanted to resemble a “rock opera” despite not being a musical.

Methinks that “underwhelming” will be a good guess.
The final clue will be a diverse cast - none of which come within two continents of the UK. No wait, that is pretty much the current UK. Never mind.

I dunno, Christopher Nolan has taught me that no one ever went broke underestimating the tastes of the public.
Meryl Streep is a great actress, but Aslan is MALE, so she’s not appropriate for the role!
And casting that Black African as Helen of Troy was inappropriate, too!

Liam Neeson is getting old and probably couldn’t stop them.
If it’s a female lion they’ll have to lose the mane. Unless of course it’s a trans lion identifying as you know whatever. You can’t despise these people enough.
