The US Food and Drug Administration announced today that it has approved a groundbreaking new treatment option for pancreatic cancer.
Manufactured by Revolution Medicines, daraxonrasib made headlines earlier this year when former US Sen. Ben Sasse, R-Neb., shared details about his experience with the drug — which left his skin bloody and “bubbling” but is also giving him more time with his family amid his battled with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer.

Yes. The way the drug companies calculate "improved" life expectancy and drug effectivess is quite devious. I take nothing they say at face value. Their sole motivation is $$$.

My hereditary chronic pancreatitis hasn’t turned cancerous yet. I lost my mother to it.
Yesterday I was told I have breast cancer. I will not treat either! Fighting this incompetent doctor and medicare advantage will kill me before cancer does.

The cancer center where I get my treatments is trying to get this so it can be prescribed in-house.
About it. Pancreatic cancer is a very deadly disease. Slim chances.
Unless you ignored it for too long, breast cancer is one of the easiest to beat.
Cancer treatments are improving all the time. Cancer vaccines (like what Moderna has) look to be the next big improvement.
The pancreas sits next to major arteries that supply other abdominal organs so even small tumors have pathways to spread quickly.
It took 8 months for my incompetent bitch doctor to schedule scans! I’m assuming that I waited too long.

Side note people keep pimping the use of AI but no answers coming for it about cures.
Look into ivermectin/mebendazole. Not toxic like chemo. It has gotten pretty good results. My wife had advanced lymphoma. She declined chemo and tried the above combination. In a couple of months, there was no more sign of cancer. Gone. The oncologist was amazed. She now takes a reduced dose a couple of times a week as a preventative.
(My wife is an internal medicine MD)
I knew a fellow who had similar bad heredity, and he had his pancreas removed before cancer developed. His brother had died before 40, and his pancreas looked really bad.
I just found out yesterday. But I will check into the ivermectin. Thanks. All I know is I am done with local quacks
