The brother of American Olympic legend Alysa Liu is a transgender athlete dominating California high school girls’ athletic events, reports say.
Jaylin Liu was formerly named Joshua before transitioning and identifying as female, according to Reduxx.
He now competes in track and field girls’ varsity basketball and ultimate frisbee for both Albany High School and El Cerrito High School in California.
He’s reportedly made his biggest impact in track and field, taking home every first-place finish in 200-meter and 400-meter girls’ races that Albany High School has entered this year.
Jaylin recently took home the top spot at the Tri-County Athletic League Finals in May.
He also took eight separate first-place finishes at seasonal meets in 2025 and secured a gold medal in the 2025 Tri-County Athletic League Frosh-Soph Championship 200-meter race.

Boys/men competing in girls/women’s sports is analogous to Bruno giving Barbie a beat down and then bragging about how tuff he is.
We probably can’t get another Phelps type GOAT because men’s swimming is being cut because of college Carter-era Title IX rules and now the same rules (Ollier) are in effect for high schools.
I learned from the classmate in college who was a college student canned from his sport (wrestling) by government authorities that the feminists’ next move is to wipe out all male sport, force them to claim being women to play sport because the room won’t be there for boys.
It’s going just as they envisioned. The War Against Boys is working, and boys have no recourse except claim to be a girl because they are deliberately telling boys there’s nothing for you, just claim to be a girl and you can play sport and have scholarships.
The guy at the gym thinks I should be arrested by ICE for researching the issue of male in women’s sport and how government is pushing the activism, while also having Fox News over ESPN in gyms. He cannot see facts.
