Andrew and Tristan Tate have lost a legal bid to be told the names of their UK accusers, which the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) have withheld to remove the risk they could be made public.

That is wrong. They should be told who accused them.
Police “Sir, we’re here to charge you with a crime and take you in for questioning”
Alleged criminal, “what is the crime?”
Police “we cannot tell you”
Alleged criminal “well, who is the victim?”
Police “we cannot tell you”
Alleged criminal, “So if I understand you correctly, you are here to take me in because I may have done something to someone?”
Police “Exactly! Now come along…..”

How do you possibly build a defense? Sounds like a Trump case: the “victim” can’t supply a date or timeframe, so you have no way to prove you have an alibi.

Not sure UK laws. But apparently Andrew Tate raped a 15 year old girl on camera so her name is protected.
They have to stand trial in romania before being extradited to the UK:
