The COVID-19 vaccine lowered the risk of cardiovascular issues associated with the virus by around 40 percent, according to new research.
The study, which was published in JAMA Internal Medicine on Monday, studied the incidence of medical events like strokes and heart attacks in veterans immunized for COVID-19.
The study found that the vaccine decreased the risk of cardiovascular death associated with the virus by nearly 60 percent, the risk of heart attack by around 40 percent and the risk of stroke by just over 30 percent. Additionally, it decreased the risk of hospitalization for heart failure by around 40 percent, according to the study.
The researchers found that people over the age of 75 with the greatest reduction in risk for these health issues, as well as those with pre-existing health conditions. Other research supports these new findings.

By your logic, there are no vaccines since any/all vaccines do have breakthrough infections, ie, no vaccines produce immunity, therefore there are no vaccines.

On the basis of the sample sizes, and assuming that the injected and placebo groups have the same true mortality rate, a mortality difference of up to about ±36% would still fall within one standard deviation of the expected difference (corresponding to roughly a 68% confidence level).
The observed 24% higher mortality corresponds to a difference that is only 0.65 SD away from zero; this corresponds to a confidence level of about 49%.
In other words: It is just as likely as not that the observed difference in mortality is due to random noise.
In brief: A 50-50 chance that an observed difference is statistically significant is not considered sufficient grounds in the scientific community to conclude that the effect is "real."

Then you don’t understand how vaccines work. Name three vaccines that produce immunity, ie, 100% effective, no one gets the disease after after receiving the shot.
They had much different findings. Company executives were fired if they talked about them in public.
American insurance companies had similar adverse findings on "all cause" death rates, mainly that populations who had two or more mRNA treatments had (and continue to have) about 3x the "all cause" death rates over populations who refused the treatments. This holds true for ages from 20-60.
Above age 60 the death rates are about the same in both treated and untreated populations; that is, higher than rates for people under 60. No big surprise there.
Follow the money. Insurance companies have already adjusted their "post-Covid" mortality tables and premium rates to reflect this. No, governments which pushed the mRNA treatments will not allow insurance companies to charge more for "vaxxed" populations, so they simply raised premiums, or lowered payouts for everybody.
The JAMA study is a masterclass in deception to cover the pharmaceutical industry.

Nice try with the Fallacy of the False Binary. The only thing the MurdeRNA shots apparently did was eliminate Influenza for two years. It's the most amazing thing.
Conversely, there is zero proof that the MurdeRNA shots gave anyone any immunity to anything (other than the flu apparently). And you know who eliminated their own test group? Yeah, that's right - Pfizer. They can't even argue that it worked in their own tests that they tried to bury for 75 years.
As I posted, the MurdeRNA shot certainly didn't give anyone immunity against O M M O I R C O R N O I N C .
