Tarrant County commissioners voted along partisan lines Tuesday to reject a resolution honoring the county’s largest health center focused on LGBTQ services.
The resolution was drafted to commend Arlington’s HELP Center for LGBTQ+ Health for “outstanding service, compassionate care and enduring contributions to the health, dignity and wellness of the people of Tarrant County.” In 2025, the center administered more than $70 million worth of medication, clinical services and supportive care to 7,000 patients for free.
The court’s three Republicans — County Judge Tim O’Hare and commissioners Matt Krause and Manny Ramirez — voted against the resolution. Democratic commissioners Alisa Simmons and Roderick Miles were the yes votes.

These deviants demand attention wherever they are. They are a virus in society and need no recognition except as a plague to be erradicated.
The statement by County Judge Tim O’Hare is well worth the read. It is hard-hitting, honest, and pulls no punches.
How does “LGBTQ” health care differ from the health care for everyone else? Someone answer that question.
‘These deviants demand attention wherever they are. They are a virus in society and need no recognition except as a plague to be erradicated.’
Agreed.
Shouldn’t the LGBTQ+ community, be thanking Tarrant County for creating a heaalthcare center for them?
I learned yesterday that my brother who died by suicide had been molested as a youth under 12 years of age by my gay pedophile uncle who died of suicide.
Things are starting to make sense.
My Dad had learned my brother was being molested by his brother. Knowing my Dad, he went to his brother and explained how lengthy and excruciatingly painful his death would be if my Dad had to murder him. Something like, “the last thing you will ever see is me stuffing your mutilated penis into your mouth before I gouge your eyes out. Or, you can go home now and commit suicide in the manner of your choosing.” That would be my Dad’s style.
Gays are about 80% more interested in sex with children than straights according to some research I did recently.
I’m sick of it.
When you're an entitled GerBiL, you thank NO ONE. Everyone owes you something.
They are indeed predators. They deserve zero honor, but loads of prosecution.
There are signs that sexual perversion is falling out of favor among decent Americans, i.e., the pendulum is swinging back toward the normal.
I relayed previously in a post about my high school band instructor stroking my budding juvenile mustache during my Freshman year. He did it as an observation, but I avoided him after that. Much later learned that he was “gay” and owned and operated a gay bar after he retired from teaching. He was murdered there in a robbery.
No telling how many kids he molested.
I love this comment:
“Every commissioner who votes yes today is not simply endorsing healthcare — they are formally commending an organization that promotes sexual perversion, affirms mental illness as identity and advances the very lifestyle driving the sexually transmitted disease crisis in this country,” Cheema said.”
You realize that whole operation is probably largely funded through tax payer grants from the federal government?
When they talk about LGBTQIA related healthcare they really mean PREP (prevention) and things like Bictarvy (contracted) prescriptions handed out to anyone at risk even if they make as much as 500% the federal poverty line.
We’re likely paying for this crap (PREP) so that they can go to the 1851 club off Division and not spread their HIV as the pump each other in the rear.
No worries, the tax payer is only paying $1,600 a month or so per homo so that they can have some resistance to not getting it. Of course those already with HIV cost a lot more so that they stay negative on their test...
Why do we pay for this, and not people’s cancer treatments, or heart problems, PD, Alzheimer’s??? What makes homos so extra special?
Yes, there are those indications, thank God. Recent Gallup polling has shown a marked decrease in support of all things "gay." I have noticed social media comments boards that allow posting of very critical comments against the Gaystapo that would not have been allowed a few years ago. And there are a LOT of those comments, more than swamping the pro-gay commenters.
Recent court cases are showing this swing as well.
I’m old enough to remember when the homosexuals said they just wanted to be left alone to live their lives in peace.
I knew then and I still know now homosexuality is nothing more than being a sexual deviant and I also knew if they were allowed to be given certain allowances they would take advantage and eventually claim they were a protected class......and all these years later, here we are.
And all organizations surrounding the AIDS issue are basically gay advocacy groups, because AIDS IS A GAY DISEASE.
The homos jumped the shark so long ago. We are all fed up with these antics.
I have been saying for some time now, the L in LGBTQ mean “Look at me”. They can’t stop congratulating themselves and have us congratulate them.
Sorry about the loss of your brother.
F your uncle.
Love it, he doesn’t give a flip about being politically correct...
What’s so stupid is that this “resolution” by the County commission doesn’t do anything - it doesn’t bestow money, privilege or any other benefit other than tacit approval of their lifestyle. Nothing changes by not passing this resolution.
