An undocumented migrant has been charged with nine counts of assault and battery after it was claimed that he was groping fellow students in the hallways of a Virginia high school.
Israel Flores Ortiz, 18, is enrolled as a junior at Fairfax High School.
He was charged with nine counts of assault and battery, which is a level one misdemeanor. Ortiz appeared in court on Friday morning, but was originally arrested on March 7.
The student, who is almost 19, entered the country illegally in 2024 from El Salvador. He was released under a federal government policy from the Biden administration, reported 7News.
The mother of one of the victims said the suspect would sneak up behind girls he didn't know and grab them by the crotch.
'There's a group of about 12 individuals that have reported this assault,' the unnamed parent said.
'It was all perpetrated by a single individual who is a stranger to the girls. He just sneakily walked up behind them and put his hand in between their legs.'
Victims claimed Ortiz had been touching them inappropriately for months, though police listed his official offense date as February 25.

The ones from Africa and the Middle East have a totally different value system. They do not share the same moral code an sense of right and wrong that we do. I can’t speak to why the ones from South America seem to also lack western values in many cases, other than to say that many of them are linked to criminal gangs and cartels.
In the old days, one or more of the girls’ dads would have showed up at the school with a shot gun - and the administration would have allowed it.
They act like progressive school districts should not encourage this kind of behavior. But give Virginia officials another year of two and “School Groper” will be an official staff position, like school nurses or school counselors.

Yet another example that confirms what I and many others say against feminists who hate all men. Almost all men are not rapists or like this guy. They’re perpetuating it to make women hate/fear all men, as a wedge issue, and using it to smear all men and justify funding for crimes they allow and need to occur, to point to stats that affirm what they want to affirm. Keeps them in power and keeps them funded.
The schools get paid by the state for EACH student. They don’t care if they are illegal. Special needs includes translators as necessary. Mentally retarded kids get an assistant and special teacher. It all adds up to the money they get from the state.
Now get this: here in Central TX they have cut the school days to 4 per week.
How does that make any sense? I think it’s just the teachers wanting 3 day weekends.
