Looking good here in the Phoenix metro area. Sunny and low 80s is the forecast for tomorrow. :)

I gotta go move some snow.

I use my phone timer. Ten minutes shoveling, the ten minutes resting indoors.

I am not going to die with snow shovel in my hand.

Niagara county (WNY): Bout an inch so far. But the forecast is calling for more. But unlike downstate and New England, we’ve already been Godsmacked this winter. Got a recent thaw that’s reduced the tall parking lot snow mountains into dirty snow hills.

In Western MA we woke up to about 6-7 inches already. Probably another 6-10 today. The wind is what is going to make things suck. If it gets nasty we will see outages. Then it will be cold.

Weatherman: “Snow overnight? Well, Judy, I can give you about 6-inches tonight.”

Central CT @ 0650 - can’t really see much outside, wind driving the snow at 50 mph. I did see the top of my truck cab in the driveway, though....

A little over an inch in SW Va near Princeton WV. Snow is still coming down with a windchill of 7. It’s going to be a cold walk to the outhouse as they say up here.

My daughter is in Westerville and thought there would be a lot more. I’m glad to hear her commute won’t be bad.

We are in Ellsworth, Maine. No snow yet. We expect (from the latest forecast) 3-5 inches with winds gusting to 40 mph.
The snow we can handle (great snow blower). We worry about the high winds and down power lines.

RI here, woke up to howling winds and nearly a foot of snow. Power is intermitenly flashing on and off. Hopefully the plow guy can come and do our driveway later, but I think it will be tomorrow before he comes around.

In central PA they said 3-8” would be coming but looks like 1” to me. Nothing that windshield wipers can’t handle. No more snow expected today. I don’t even have to sweep the porches.

“I love a good snowstorm.”

Me, too, as long as I don’t have to drive for a week, know the generator is in working order, and friends and family are safe.

Just west of Knoxville here, and the wind is blowing like a son of a gun. Temps are in the 20s, wind chill in the teens, but no snow predicted.

I worry about family back “home” in western NY; they always get hit hard. Nephew’s business is snow plowing in the winter (landscaping in summer), so he should be busy for a while.

Your right. Most climate change deniers drowned when the glaciers melted causing the oceans to flood much of our great nation. All that’s still visible of New York City are the tops of a few sky scrapers.

How I wish we would have converted to all electric cars decades ago. I think Al Gore should be elevated to Sainthood for predicting all of this.
