That does seem very strange. I do understand that Australia is not actually as restrictive as some people assume. It is possible to own a gun. But a guy visiting on a tourist visa? Just quickly getting licensed and buying 6 guns? Seems ... odd.
Agreed. How did someone get into the country with firearms when Australia supposedly doesn’t allow anyone to own them? Something stinks. But I tell you what, it’s time to let the people there have their firearms back if this is what they are to expect from their supposed “peaceful” immigrants.
