Prince William’s longtime friend, Sunjay Kapur, has died at age 53 after swallowing a bee, which had triggered a fatal heart attack.
The billionaire businessman and chairman of global car parts giant Sona Comstar collapsed during a polo match in England on Thursday, the Mirror reports.
Kapur, who is the former husband of Bollywood superstar Karisma Kapoor, was stung by a bee on the mouth, which subsequently triggered anaphylactic shock that caused his heart to stop, the outlet added.

Anaphylaxis in response toa bee sting is often unpredictable.
Title was erroneous. He got stung on his mouth and it triggered an allergic reaction.
I've heard of people swallowing bees, wasps, from drinking soda outside from an open can. The bee/wasp crawled into the can, person takes a drink, etc. But this wasn't that.

I’ve been stung by bees and wasps due to motorcycling. Especially in warmer weather when you’re not wearing as much gear, and the insects are more active. They end up in any opening in your clothing, like a sleeve or an unzipped jacket.
I’ve never been stung while on a bicycle, but I’ve had plenty of wasps and bees bounce off my face while cruising along.
Maybe the bee and Sanjay knew each other in a former life
Zipping along at 60 mph and getting hit square on the nose by a passing June bug almost knocked me for a loop.
It’s the only facemask you should be able to wear... One while riding. All other facemask should be banned.
